This Popeyes in Stafford is the best in the South Houston! Every time I go, great customer service and very clean. The food is always fresh and Hot! Hot food is a must for me.
I made it a point to talk the Mgr and express how pleased I am with the food! I referred friends and my personal clients to this location. We all love it and will continue to enjoy Popeyes!

The service is always poor. I’m not sure if it’s because of the language barrier, but this location is very inhospitable. I’ve been to Popeyes across the entire US. I’m even from Louisiana so I have low expectations when I leave there, But I honestly feel that it’s my choice that these daytime workers give the customers subpar service. They will not even mix the wing flavors or offer me one on the side when I come at night The food is always really good, I have enough sauce, and any modifications are obliged. Even when I order on Instacart or DoorDash, but when I come in person during the day, I am always hit with how they cannot do anything they can’t do this they can’t do that even if I’m looking at offer online and have to read it to them They barely understand my order and then catch your attitude with me. You all definitely need to go in and talk to them about being hospital and making sure your customers actually spend money with you. Side note: y’all should bring back the Louisiana flavor.

Anytime I am at this location food is never fresh unfortunately I go to this area because other Popeyes in my area have been closed down. They are always rushing customers to order and never give enough time. I ordered the 13$ meal for 2 and the chicken tasted super old, biscuits taste like they have been sitting there. Fries just cold. Close this place down please.

I placed the order for the wrong location at rosenberg, and in rosenberg, they seem to wipe their hands off.I mean, they didn’t want to help me period. I drove all the way to stafford from rosenberg and my order was not there but the Myra might have went ahead and made my order there since I had such an inconvenience.Thank you myra you’re awesome!

3 orders 3 days in a row, the only reason I came here 3 times is because it’s the nearest close to me, otherwise I would not come here. The chicken is never fresh always dried out I had to tell them to remake it every time. They customer service is terrible they act as if they’re doing you the favor as if we the customer are not paying for the food and how dare we ask for fresh food. All the employees talk negatively about the customers they disrespecting and calling me names unaware I speak Spanish. very prideful and egotistical employees they should be concerned more about the customer experience than gossip and talking about their customers behind their back. This will be the last time I order Popeyes from this location. People make sure you check your food before you leave. And be prepared to wait 20-30 to get fresh chicken if it’s not fresh when you receive it.

I irdered the 10 strips with sides for $10…I got home, looked in my box, and saw 3 full strips and the rest was batter crumbs and a strip nugget where it was cut very short. I tried to call the number provided and it rings until it says the voicemail system hasn’t been set up. I didn’t even go back, nor did I ever get a call back. I know the phone had to receive a missed call alert. I love Popeyes but probably won’t be going back to the new one on Main St. in Stafford again.
