I don’t visit Popeyes often, but I think I might be converted into a fan now after my recent visit. The service I received at this Popeyes location was beyond what can be expected from any fast chain restaurant: the staff was courteous, patient with my questions, helpful, and warm in spreading holiday cheer. I went to claim my Tmobile promotion, and the staff treated me no different than any regular customer who paid full price. The restaurant was decorated with lights for the holiday season, and the tables were incredibly clean! I ordered the Popeyes strips, and each strip was flavorful and crunchy. I will definitely be returning again soon.
Pro tip: if you are just looking for a kick of flavor, the classic chicken strips contain a mild spicy flavor already. The Spicy chick strips may be a bit too spicy if you’re not used to eating spicy food.

I have issues over and over constantly stv this location. Avoid going here. The employees discriminated me and are super rude. Orders are constantly wrong. I give up at this location . The woman didn’t remake my food until I threatened to call corporate. Baffled

Today’s fried chicken was really disappointing. I used to come here often for it. When I went to the store today, I specifically emphasized that I wanted it hot and only dark meat. I even told them I was willing to wait. However, not only did the staff give me chicken that wasn’t hot, but the portion was also insufficient, and they even included wings. I told her I didn’t want wings and asked if there were any fresh ones. She said no. But after a few minutes, they fried a fresh batch, and instead of replacing mine, they gave the freshly fried chicken to the next customer. They even insisted that my food was hot and refused to change it! So frustrating!

Last week we placed an order and paid for a deep fried / fully cooked (frozen) turkey on Thursday to pick up on Monday. You must defrost this 72 hours prior to warming it up in the oven for 2 hours. For best results, you must follow the instructions provided on the turkey wrapping. Sure, the price might be a bit more than a raw turkey purchased at the grocery store but this option beats having to wait to marinate for days plus several hours (if not half day) for the turkey to fully cook. Service was excellent and the clerk was very helpful as he explained clearly and answered all our questions and concerns. We cooked the turkey today (Wednesday) and this turned out to be the best, juicy, tasty and absolutely delicious turkey I’ve ever had! I was pleasantly surprised to taste and find out it wasn’t salty or too spicy. This was marinated to perfection and stayed moist throughout. I’m definitely ordering again next year.

I went to this Popeyes for lunch and one of the employees was very rude, and he act as if he didn’t want to serve me. I stood at the counter to order my food and he walked passed me several times. I finally asked him was anyone going to take my order he held up his finger telling me wait. So I did patiently, so I went to the restroom to wash my hands I came back and I grabbed an order thinking it was mine then he tells ma’am that doesn’t belong to you with an attitude. I told him my bad. His attitude was so bad I didn’t won’t to spend my money, so I asked for the manager to request my money back. The manager walked up asking no questions he just refunded me my money, and I walked away. If you’re of color meaning black please don’t go to this location because they act as if they don’t want to serve blacks. There were another black lady standing behind me and he was rude to her as well. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS POPEYES AGAIN.

Service is terrible. Really hope they can either train or hire their employees to be more attentive to their customers. “I” Greeted the employee and he turned away and walked back to the kitchen.
When I was given my food one of the sides was wrong. Same guy took my wrong side and gave it to the customer next to me (it was his), walked to the kitchen and grabbed the correct side and said,
“here”. I said thanks and he turned around and started talking to another employee. I asked for some napkins and he just put some in front of me.
I said thank you and he turned around without saying a word. What is going on here!?!

Excellent spicy chicken tenders, and great sides-coleslaw and macaroni & cheese made for an excellent dinner. Priced right with quick, efficient service was delivered as promised. $24 total for two 5 piece chicken tenders and a side with a drink b rounded out our meal.

The worst customer service ever, the cashier was unhelpful, no trays , the drinks machine was broken, when I requested refill, the cashier was unhappy with my order, didn’t offer points, didn’t offer anything, no trays, the restroom was awful. When I asked for a tray he ignored me, when I asked for the rewards he said you already paid, next time! Luckily the app allows to redeem missing points. Over all it was an absolute bad experience.
