Dear Popeyes Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of food and service I experienced at your [location name] restaurant on December 8, 2025, at approximately 11:30 AM.
I ordered three 2-piece regular combos through the drive-through. Unfortunately, the chicken was cold, dry, tasted greasy, and appeared dark in color, which did not meet the quality I expect from your brand—especially during peak lunch hours. My lunch break is only 30 minutes, so this was very frustrating.
After noticing the issue, I attempted to call the restaurant, but my call went unanswered. This lack of response added to my disappointment.
I have always trusted your brand for fresh, quality food, and I hope this was an isolated incident. Please look into this matter and let me know how you plan to address it. I would appreciate a response and any steps you can take to ensure better quality and service in the future.

I only give reviews for excellent customer service or outstanding food. I placed my order online and screwed up. The older gentleman there made sure I had exactly what I needed. I made an additional purchase on the automated screens but they were out of what was on screen, he replaced it with something else for no charge. I have a new Popeyes closer to my house, I will still drive to this one and give them my business. Very pleased with the experience.

Did an uber eats delivery, the delivery driver was told everything was in the bag.
We were missing over half the meal items or they were wrong.
– Only one sauce was given and it wasn’t even one of the correct ones.
– The two orders of mac and cheese I paid extra for not included.
– The cheese bites I ordered for everyone to share not included.
– One meal was suppose to come with cheese bites and they were also missing.
– Food tasted old and gave an off aftertaste.
– No straws for the drinks.
Overall the quality and the lack of attention to ensure everything was included in an order is very disappointing.

I like Popeyes. I like it, I do. But I’m not a big fan of fried chicken too begin with. But Popeyes is good when I have it. I like their red beans and rice, and their biscuits.

The service here has went to hell in a hand basket. I’ve been coming here a year. Because I’m in a rig I have to go inside. The staff is rude and short. The refuse to help at the register. I stood there 10 minutes with 7 employees just looking at me. 2 near drive through, 3 in the kitchen and 2 that came to the counter to get condiments for thier lunch. No one greeted no one asked if I needed anything. I asked is there anyone working thr counter they said no go to kiosk and continue thier Spanish convo. I asked what about cash payments. ( never experienced this before here) 1 guy said press pay at counter. Lady finally fixed food handed me the bag with her your food and walked off. I refused to come back. Sad thing this happened to a coworker last week and I said maybe you caught them on a bad day. But naw. This is the norm. Customer service is not at this place.

We ordered a 12 pc family meal deal classic almost $50 later. We get home it was ALL spicey. My husband went back and they already knew the order was wrong “the lazies in the back made it “ was the answer we got. Now we’re home and clearly they can’t count because we paid for a 12pc and came home with an 8pc. We have a big family. I tried to call several times the phone just rang or they answered and just hung up. We won’t be back to this location
