They don’t pay attention to the orders. I had to go back for wrong and missing items. I showed them my receipt and they still got it wrong, also I asked for dine in and they gave me take out and when I told them about it they ignored me. Also the mac and cheese was nasty, it was mashed and too much cheese, just didn’t taste good. There was a woman that in the back on the phone the entire time, she did come out to the dining room for a little while to talk on her phone and then back in the kitchen. That was our first and last time going there.

Ever since they got kiosks, no one is ever near the counter and they automatically assume you’re trying to place the order and unkindly redirect you to the kiosk. This is the second time I’ve been there recently and the wings have a little to no sauce on them.

Ok I’ve been to this Popeyes a handful of times and usually it’s a long wait but food is usually good..but today I ordered a 8 piece family meal as well as other combos total of 8 piece was 21.99 plus tax and well the 2 leg pieces and the wings were fresh but the chicken breast and thighs were old!! So old it was crispy and was not edible at all..I called the 1877 Popeyes and they were no help and called the store and they said I had to take the crispy chicken back and then they could refund problem is it’s not close to my home I just go there when I go to the dr appointment and I told them this and they said that I can save the chicken and bring it when I can..why would
I hold on to chicken for that long..makes no sense I told them I had pics of chicken and I could email them and they said corporate doesn’t let them give refunds on chicken unless it’s approved by the main owner cause they have to see it for themselves..smh will not be going to this Popeyes will stick to the one by my home..

This store SHOULD have NO PHONES POLICY . One of the ladies couldn’t keep her hands off her phone, glanced at me, then back on her phone TWICE , then finally prepped my order with phone still in her hand, are you kidding me ? The lady ( order # 340 ) didn’t have her order right, and they had to wait another 15 minutes to remake their foods. My order was 344 and 345 and I can tell you that I WILL NOT return here EVER. The only one young male employee helped me but the rest are WORTHLESS.

The food was hot and fresh. The Chicken was crispy and everything I expected from Popeyes. The southern style is perfect. The meat was juicy though the white meat was al little more dry as expected. The flavors were all there.
The cajun fries were awesome. It was a little oily which is normal for Popeyes fries. However, the spices make the fries so much better.
The biscuits were also awesome and a must-have for Popeyes. Basically, everything was good and I can’t wait to eat at Popeyes again!

Bought chicken here yesterday around 1:30 PM and it was spoiled. There was a strong putrid smell, and out of four pieces, two were clearly bad. I realized it only after driving many miles and couldn’t return it.
This shows a serious lack of sanitation and quality control. Completely irresponsible. Not recommended.

I recently visited this Popeyes location and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon picking up my food, I noticed bugs around the mouth of my cup once i got home. After closely examining the situation, it seemed like the issue might have occurred when they restocked the cups, possibly not realizing there were fruit flies.
I feel terrible for anyone who received a cup before me, as they likely encountered the same problem but worse. I did reach out to corporate, hoping for a quiet resolution, but all I received was a generic “sorry” email.
This experience highlights a severe lack of housekeeping and attention to detail. I urge others to be cautious and check their items thoroughly before consuming anything from this location. Pictures of the incident are included for reference.
