Overall, I really like this Popeyes — the staff are usually nice and helpful, and if there’s ever a long wait, I’ve noticed they often throw in an extra chicken strip, which I really appreciate. Today I was especially happy with my order: I got two of the $6 Big Box meals (three strips, two sides, and a biscuit each), plus I used the app to get a free drink and a free chicken sandwich for spending $10. Altogether it came out to less than $12.50 — a great deal — and they actually had plenty of Louisiana hot sauce in stock this time!
The only ongoing frustrations are that they never seem to have napkins out anywhere for customers, and there’s no trashcan near the drink station for straw wrappers or lids. It feels a little inconvenient, and I even picked up someone else’s trash while I was there. Small things, but they’d make the experience a lot smoother.

Do not trust this location with your money or your order. They can’t understand what you’re asking for and then when they get the order wrong they won’t stand behind correcting it. Even if you’re willing to outright pay for a new order. No!, they want you to drive all the way back home…pick up the mistake… and bring it back to them, before they’ll honor you paying out of your pocket for a whole new order.

By far one of the best Popeyes experiences ever. Generally the food is good and the service is awful; however, this location had amazing service. Daniel our cashier was super friendly and carried on a nice conversation. He then checked on us mid meal to ensure it was good and any more sauces etc needed. Definitely worth the drive to this location. Food was hot and fresh as well.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this Popeyes. I was excited for a quick meal, but when I opened my sandwich, I noticed what looked like mold on the bread. That completely ruined my appetite.
I understand mistakes can happen, but this is something that should never be missed. I didn’t feel comfortable eating anything after that. The staff wasn’t rude, but the food quality on this visit definitely wasn’t acceptable.
Hoping this location improves its food handling and quality control, because this experience really turned me away from coming back.

The best popeyes I’ve ever been to. Ordered in the parking lot on the app. Walked in side and was handed my drink and less than 3mins my food was brought out. Employees are friendly and nice. Strips are small but that’s all location. I got in the box than I ordered so that’s great.

Just left this location after purchasing (2) 2 piece combos and sides for me and my son. My chicken breast had lent on it, which turned my stomach because I don’t know whether they dropped it on the floor or what but I won’t be back. I liked this location because the service had improved but I see that has quickly changed.

They did not provide a 5pc that I ordered and tried calling this location only to find the number is no good! I am also very disappointed with the portions of this order I received that would equal to a 2 piece of chicken if that. The chicken strips are tiny and all of them fit in my hand!

Naty the drive thru associate was very rude n unprofessional. Seemed in a rush and stated they were out of multiple item on the menu that’s being advertised so she didn’t have to give me a substitute for the ghost wings seasoning I originally asked for. Apparently they don’t have Cajun sparkles, hot sauce, or the siracha at that location.
