Asked how fresh the chicken was was told “Really Fresh” asked how long ago it was made, was told “Really Fresh 10 min” complete lie. Chicken was at least 46 min old under the lamps. The “Order taker” didn’t recommend a meal deal similar to what we ordered then gave us attitude when we asked for the special instead. Popeyes used to be my goto place for chicken but coast to coast I cant get the quality they used to have. Very disappointed.

Service was horrid. They stood around talking and laughing while I stood at the counter waiting. It seemed only ine person was working the front cashier and the order filler. No condiments available for self help non offered. No honey for my biscuit. But the tenders were good not great but good. The sauce is questionable and they would have been better with a choice of dipper.

Good, hot food. Did drive thru & don’t think person taking order spoke English very well. Ordered frozen lemonade, was given regular which i returned & was told that usually frozen had an up charge (told this by other employee) Not my problem, I clearly stated frozen lemonade.

Sitting eating and people working on outside of building. Insulation fell on our table and chairs from ceiling. Complained to manager and she could care less. Said so what do you want. Didn’t even go look or do anything about it. Won’t go back there.

Terrible service manger asks me if I want a piece on mild instead of spicy, I Inform her I’ll wait for the spicy chicken which was 15 mins, I tell her thats fine 40 seconds later she hands me my food. So I questioned her and she says she put a mild piece in my box

Horrible service, I always pass by drive truck and an adult lady always yells at me and never understands what I want and then another adult gentleman does not even know what my order is, they take a long time and always make a mistake with my food and think that by telling me that if I want fresh after 10 minutes of waiting everything will be solved. They are always the same people
