I ordered mobile order ahead of time and when I got there guess what it’s not ready. It’s fine I understand restaurant does get busy. But what I’m not happy with is the staff constantly preparing walk-in orders ahead of me even tho their orders were placed after my arrival and I had placed my order for nearly 30mins. When I took a picture to explain to my wife why our food was not ready because our newborn was crying back in the car, the manager came in angry saying no photos allowed and cashier was aggressive as well to ask me get out. At the moment i didn’t see any civilization at all, as I felt threatened and not safe.
People working here were mad and confronting over a photo. Mad because bad.
My orders were all on the app. The staff doesn’t bother to check the printer for online orders. Only after you arrive and tell them that you are here to pick up an order do they bother do go check the printer. From here it only goes down hill. The staff either can’t read the ticket or just don’t care to pick the items on the paper.
If you stand there and observe interactions between the staff and customers, you can see the staff give better customer service to those customers that look like they speak Spanish than those that don’t. I’m not dinging the staff for speaking Spanish behind the counter. This is standard across the country and has no bearing on my review. It’s the staff attitude towards the customer that ruins this place.
FOLLOW UP TO THEIR REPLY:
Take note of the recent reviews. All one star and the same complaints over and over again. Then go look at the names that left positive reviews and see who’s getting bad service and who is getting good service. You have a problem that’s ingrained in this store’s culture. Replying to Google Reviews does not solve the problem. If you want this store to have repeat customers, then you have to replace your staff and have the general manager trained up or replaced. Otherwise, you should just close this store.
The hours are great just need more staffing and I get its hard to get people with low wages in spite of the Team and Mgmt still make a effort to satisfy
