I’m rating a three because I don’t understand how they’re hardly busy (steady traffic flow) but you have to wait 10-15min every time and it seems like the cashier runs the register, the window and the back ♀️ I got the nuggets and mash potatoes with the strawberry biscuits (ahhhmaazing). I could have done without the dog running around in the restaurant smh Ended up taking food to go ✌️

Fries are always old, chicken is always almost room temperature. They mess up my order in the drive thru every single time. They do correct their mistake if you go inside, but it should not be an issue in the first place. Judging by most of the employee’s demeanor and performance, it must be a terrible place to work. Good food when fresh, I just wish the management did a better job.

Absolutely great staff. Ordered and had my food less than 3 minutes later. The cashier was very patient and respectful as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. She was also so kind to walk with me and drop my table off at the table I wanted because my Hands were full with drinks. The food was the perfect warmth and tasted absolutely wonderful. The manager on shift leads by example and runs a great shift. Will absolutely be returning.

Just left this location, around 3:45 on 23 June 2022. Food cold as hell, chicken taste unseasoned, and I don’t know what kind of thighs these are, but it shouldn’t be the size of the palm of my hand, and forgot all my dang sauce, Yes!!! I put time and date, so they know who was the sorry a** crew there, whoever the manager is you need to retrain or just hang up your Popeyes shirt.

I came in and already ppl were mad because food was incorrect and that already should have been a sign to leave. The cashier was clueless and she was on her phone she helped me. I had to repeat my order like 4 times and then asked her to repeat it to me because she had that dumb look in her face. I ordered two meals and she thought she was doing something when she combined the fries together in a large order. They are separate meals which didn’t make sense to me. Avoid this place at all costs

Every time I come here it takes forever. This time I got here, half the crew was behind the dumpster in the back smoking. I walk in and 3 people are just standing there on their phones. It was a pre placed order for pickup so it should at least be almost done since it took me a few minutes to get there. Keep in mind that there are absolutely no other customers. I still ended up having to wait for 30 minutes after arriving to get my order. Something needs to be done about this place. Everyone loves having Popeyes in Cove now but they are ruining the reputation.

Placed an order with the app. 27.05. Got there waited in line for what felt like forever ( only one car in front of me) then was told to wait a little bit more. All this for them to tell me that I either had to take plain tenders or they would cancel my order. So I had them cancel it. But I would have to go thru the app to get my money back.

I live in cove and this is the third time I have been and they didn’t have what I ordered didn’t work with me on something I would like to replace it with only that my option was spicy nothing else I don’t eat spicy food but I took what they gave me anyways and paid. Jan 10 2022 Order # 26 4:31 pm My Husband and I Chose to order for a Birthday treat for me from my Mom on our way back to our home in Killeen 11 miles away We have a limited budget so eating out is a rare chance . 17.64 for 2 Big Box Strips order the person working drive through had to stop our order more than once to consult someone about what went into the order she also lacked any customer service skills and my husband ordered 2 Coleslaws since there were no red beans and rice somehow she decided he wanted 2 fries by then it seemed pointless to correct that When we got home we found the chicken dry and cold the fries as well and the serving size for my Mashed /Gravy and Mac/cheese were in a medium container and only filled the bottom of those containers The entire episode has certainly not been the best and with my 17 years as a Customer service rep for Boost Mobile and Netspend I can say the drive through person would not have made it through my classes If this location is any indication of the others in our area I think we can pass on Popeye’s also complaint left in email and Facebook have yet to acknowledged by Corporate so I think you know how they operate. Don’t waste time or Money with them
