They NEVER have chicken ready; there is always an extensive wait time. While I understand they might have large orders, all you serve is chicken, I should never have to wait 30+ minutes for chicken. This is not just a one time thing, this is a CONSISTENT thing. No matter what time of day you go. It’s extremely frustrating, you can spend your entire lunch break waiting on your food because they never have enough chicken prepared. Also, tonight when I went I sat in the drive thru for at least 10-15 before my order was taken just to be told it was a wait for chicken because they are out. Keep in mind there was only 2 cars in front of me, each time a car pulled up to order they were made to wait before ordering.

Don’t waste your money. This location is serving smaller portions than others to get more of your money for less food. They don’t fill the sides up more than 1/2 to 3/4 and the “large” tenders are smaller than a human finger. I guess shrinkflation is the policy from this location. Go to another Popeyes or any of the other chicken places in town so you can get your moneys worth.

The Young lady who took our order was really polite and sweet , but the fillets for the Sandwiches were frozen at 7:30 pm which is dinner time how your fillets frozen at 7:30pm , c’mon son(psych voice) , then we ordered spicy chicken instead they said they only had breast and wings for spicy chicken , which was ok …I guess , but then we got home and the chicken was stale and crispy like crispy ,crispy like burned the fries were the only edible thing oh the strawberry pie was good too I guess… how you make watery red beans and rice?… but the lemonade wasn’t mixed it was just syrup … I’ve never written a bad review because I feel like they are a waste of time but yall already wasted my time and annoyed my wife. congratulations yall broke me .

I had an extremely poor experience at this location several months ago, but love Popeyes and hoped maybe by now they had some turnover or things had improved. I was mistaken.
Firstly, why is it acceptable to let your customers order at the box surrounded by very large spiders and cobwebs? I understand it’s not in a food prep area but it’s disgusting nonetheless. What if a spider descends from the awning and bites someone while they’re ordering??
Despite the late halloween exhibit, I remained hopeful for the food. To my disappointment they completely left out my mashed potatoes and gravy. Order issues seem to be consistent compared to my last visit here.
Idk who the GM is of this location but they need to be fired. This is hands down the worst Popeyes I’ve ever had the displeasure of living near.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the breading is falling apart and mayo falling out the sandwich. I order again a spicy chicken sandwich and gave them another chance. Gave me a regular chicken sandwich. They don’t know the difference between spicy and not spicy perhaps. Never buying Popeyes in cover. The inability to make a sandwich is painfully pathetic.

Always an incredibly long wait with no justification, since they don’t have customers most of the time. They also rarely have the food ready or even available. I recommend looking elsewhere for your meal.

Today, I stopped at this location once again and experienced bad customer service! When I pulled up to the pickup window, I asked for packets of honey and was handed packets that were wet, covered in sticky honey.
I was very annoyed and asked the employee why he handed me wet filthy packets only to get a shrugged shoulder and blank look!
So, I asked him if he was aware of how unsanitary that was and he again looked at me as if he was confused. Another employee stepped in to assist him, giving me a completely stupid response that, a manager would normally have an employee clean the packets first because more often than not, they come covered in honey since some of the packets somehow break open during transport but, she added, “I suppose someone forgot to do it today”. She stood there waiting for me I suppose to say it was OK but, instead, I brought it to her attention that it was not ok. I was behind the wheel and now had honey all over my hands, so she went and got me a piece of wet paper towel to clean my hands so that I could drive. Neither of them apologized for the inconvenience and for passing me wet, sticky packets. I hate this type of interaction.

As soon as I walked in the building Turner greeted me and was very polite and nice read back my order and also everything was fresh and it was fast to get my order.

I go to Popeyes all the time in cove the normal store mangers are Great. However on today I met Misty the GM who was very Rude and upset over me wanting fresh food, She informed me that i will no longer be able to correct my food I only got the 6$box however after i received my fresh food it was short one order of fries.

Absolutely the worst Popeye’s in the world. Employees are very unprofessional, food and orders are always wrong or missing something. Inside the store is dirty. The regional leadership really needs to to something about this store …. It’s absolutely horrible….. And I love Popeye’s.
