Today I went to a fried chicken shop and saw a woman who claimed to be the owner. I saw her blowing her nose, and she was very dirty, which was quite frightening. I also saw her behaving rudely, arguing with an Asian man, kicking him out, and yelling at him. She said, “I’m the owner, I’m not selling to you.” But I don’t know what happened. I felt she was bullying me and was very unreasonable. The service was also terrible. I will never go to that shop again.

We requested a 2 peice breast with cole slaw. Then got home with chicken fried smaĺl something else! Plus, they were out of cole slaw that cost over $11 dollars for this meal! I am putting it all back in the bag and taking it back tomorrow! I hope they correct without issues! PS, stop throwing people’s change out the wind landing on the ground!

I love the new fresh faces! My family always use to eat here, but we haven’t in a while because of previous service. Today food was hot, fresh and delicious, not to mention the friendly and welcoming service we were provided! We will for sure be back. The new manager told me she was doing her best to turn the service around. I believe her name was Kamisha, she was awesome.

Every time we have went to this location the food has always been decent, BUT it take so long to actually get your food. No matter how you order it (drive through in the restaurant mobile order) it is never on time. We have set in the drive through for over 30 minutes & waited 45 minutes after scheduled pick up time for a mobile order. Most recently we did a door dash order 2 hours before they were scheduled to close for them to say they were out of chicken completely. No chicken at all. It was strange for me. Maybe they were. Either way we will find a new chicken place.

My husband and I just stopped here for dinner today and it was the longest wait time I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Overall, it was about 45 mins or more. It took about 15 minutes to pull up to the drive thru speaker, even though there was only one car ahead of us. Then while we ordered we had to wait in the middle of the order for the person to come back to the speaker. After we placed the order it took another 30 mins + and my husband and I had to both come inside to see why it was taking so long. We were advised that everyone was new at this location. The manager was very nice and took care of the situation for us. Once we got our food, it was very delicious and well made. That is probably the only saving grace for this place tonight. The food was above and beyond but I really think that if this location suffers from inexperienced employees then they should let the person ordering know an ETA wait time because some of us have places to be. I didn’t get the managers name this evening, but I do hope she sees this review because I want her to know she did a good job.

Stopped by on Christmas Eve to grab a quick bite for lunch. Jacquita greeted us warmly as we entered and went out of her way to make sure the drink flavor was changed for our self serve drinks. Our food was served piping hot and she brought our food to our table. This was by far the best experience at Popeyes chicken. Jacquita is an absolute gem! She is destined for great things

Do I really have to give you a star that you don’t deserve??? Ordered a 3 piece dinner gave it back because it wasn’t cooked properly uncooked on the inside! When I carried it back to the register they took pictures and said they could not refund or comp me due to bill was more than $20.00 . But a manager would be calling me the next day which did not happen to no surprise but now I have corporate headquarters number and will be letting them decide what to do with the personnel there ! Totally disgusting!!!! Not to mention the coleslaw had an undesirable taste! Like it was start to go south!!! Never had coleslaw taste like bad mustard before!!

Disorganized, inattentive, incapable of taking an order and delivering one. Completely confused about the point of sale. There was literally nobody else in the lobby and the drive thru was sparse at best. I had to force myself to laugh about it because otherwise this is some next level exercise in frustration tolerance.

Great chicken! I’ve always had a good experience here. Quite a wait today. It took over 10 minutes for me to put in my order at the drive thru. But my chicken was great. I requested dark meat. The mashed potatoes are always bomb- love the gravy. Great tea. Tried the strawberry biscuit- it was surprisingly moist and worth the price.
