Even though I’ma little disappointed because not only did they have my cinnamon apple pie but I ordered 3 all white spicy chicken and they gave me dark. I don’t like dark but I tried to eat it. I understand that we are human and make mistakes sometimes so that’s why I still have a good rating because usually when I come here the food is always fresh and the order is right.

I went through the drive thru. The customer service was great. My Shrimp and Fries were Hot and Fresh. Didn’t expect a biscuit but, it was delightful surprise. My Tea had plenty of ice Thank you ( Didn’t even have to ask for extra ice).

Worst service ever selling old food management is no help. safety issues no handwashing techniques disrespectful to quests. James Arnold is bad management he said he wasn’t management then said that he is he took my money didn’t give my food because I told him to wash his hands and also told him to not sell old chicken. Also had quests waiting 40 minutes for 3 piece tender when chicken take 15 at most! If could rate all zero I would don’t eat here you get sick.

So I visited this place today 7/7/25 and I only stopped here because at the last minute, my granddaughter decided she wanted some chicken even after looking at the ratings we gave it a try and I really wish I hadn’t. I did an online order walked into the store, wasn’t addressed by any workers for five minutes as one lady stood there and just wiped the counter in one spot over and over again. A gentleman finally comes. I tell him I have an online order. He said they didn’t have any online orders not even looking to see that my ticket was hanging in the machine. He filled my order with only to find out once we got home it was old chicken. This chicken must’ve been sitting out since they opened up. I’m so pissed, people work hard for their money only to get served day old dried up overcooked chicken. Im looking at other reviews it’s been going on and they still haven’t made it right only to get a. “I’m sorry” from the owner obviously nothing’s being fixed And sorry don’t cut it. This place needs to be shut down or put in place people that care about the food they serve and the service they give to the community.

I usually only come here every once in a blue moon and today 6/3/25 is one of those days. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. Popeyes opened at 10 am I’ve been in the parking lot since 9:56 am and am still waiting 10 minutes later. I see only 1 car in the Popeyes parking lot which is telling me that the person inside is working hard and can’t get to the window because there’s too many things to do for one person. It’s truly ridiculous.
