Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line (only 2 cars in front of me) because they are only taking 1 order at a time. Once I ordered and paid, I was then told there was no more bread for the sandwiches. I then asked for the sandwich with no bread since there was none, and get home to just a chicken fillet. No sauce, no pickles, just the chicken. Sorry but this is not worth $10. Stop taking orders when you know you don’t have the ingredients! The last time I came this same thing happened with no fries. Stop letting me completely pay for a meal and then tell me you don’t have it. Worst Popeyes I’ve ever gone to, employees don’t even apologize for their mistakes.

I ordered the two piece spicy chicken, but when I got back to my work place I noticed that the chicken was regular and not spice like I ordered. Tea was good, chicken was good despite the fact I ordered spicy) but my coleslaw smelled weird and tasted like it had bleach. I tried calling the phone number that showed on the ticket but it keeps on hanging up. That is why I’m writing the review. I just hope I don’t get sick.

The employees are not at all curtious, and without fail, they pass nothing but trash out of that window. I order white meat only and will get dark meat every single time, I ask for spicy and don’t get spicy, chicken is so dry I end up throwing it away.

Drive thru was an extended wait. When I did order he repeated back my order. When I got to the window I paid, the guy repeated my order as a whole, the big box (2pc chicken “spicy dark meat, potatoes and rice and beans” my request with two sides and a biscuit) I was given white meat regular, two orders of potatoes. Service from drive thru man was terrible but this is rare to my experience but this isn’t my normally chosen location. I believe it was due to this location. I love Popeye’s, I won’t let this experience ruin my love for Popeye’s, just this location. I’d give more stars for food if it were correct, the potatoes were wonderful but I hate white meat chicken. “Hate” a strong word but true. I’d give less than 1 start if possible for service……

Great place to eat if you have 25 minutes to wait for chicken and hard biscuits. Manager in the back was on her phone while multiple customers waited for food and some WALKED OUT!

If I could give zero stars I would I found 2 hairs in my food that did not belong to me I have very long brown hair and the hairs I found are short and black completely disgusted they need to put on hair nets or don’t work in fast food simple as that the hygiene of this place is horrible 10/10 would not recommend.

None of the Popeyes that I’ve been to lately cannot get an order right to save their life. You can now almost guarantee that your order will be wrong. It’s like no one cares. And, some items as of late are way overcooked leading to chewy or hard & inedible food. Make sure you check everything before you leave… Do better, Popeyes!

Double check all orders before leaving this establishment. They will give you the wrong items, missing items or cold food. I’ve been ripped off by this place more than I care to admit. Management clearly doesn’t care given the other poor reviews. Lake Cities food selections are rather poor and the ones we have provide horrible service like Popeyes.

I am rating the establishment in The Colony, Texas. Staff definitely needs customer training. They serve the smallest chicken leg ever. No food quality check. They just grab and serve. Come on now. I’m sure you could have sent that one back.
