Well, after all that shopping you have to fuel up. Conveniently Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen so happens to be on the way home. We drove in for a bite to eat, and opted for the plain chicken sandwich, two piece chicken meals one with fries the other with coleslaw with soda pop and one cinnamon apple pie and one strawberry cheesecake pie. I never get the plain chicken, but I did and to my surprise it was very tasty, crunchy, and delicious. The fries were crispy and very tasty, the coleslaw was creamy and delightful. Fried chicken is my go to meal and Popeyes is just the place I like visiting. The cahier was Mr. Luis, who was very friendly, polite and ready to help and serve. This place was clean and neat in appearance. Come on and Mr. Luis, will be there ready to serve you with a smile.

General have liked my experience at First Baptist Popeyes but the portion size on sides is a good bit too small (especially when accompanying a $12 combo meal… In that case the sides should be VERY generous). Typically the sides containers are only 2/3 full (costumers notice that and it becomes a reason, overtly or subconsciously, to not return to your restaurant) and, giving customers does not save the company money but causes company to lose money in the long-run as customers less like to return.

BY FAR the best Popeyes location! Service is always immaculate and the food is always so fresh and delicious! If an item is out of stock, they provide amazing solutions and alternatives! No complaints! Yall are doing amazing!

Mac n cheese was really good. I didn’t know they had it on the menu untill recently. Did pick up order. The family size Ckn order was missing all the chkn. I called and the manager answered. It was about 8:30pm mid week. She was perfect. So helpful and friendly . Was able to pop back in and get my missing items with no problem. Some may be irritated by missing food but the service and response to the mishap was above board . I’ll only go to the Popeyes on airport freeway and industrial blvd Euless. Because of the excellent service.

Terrible cashier. Old unhappy man, who has issues on following simple orders.
We ordered classic chicken, he even double checked and gave us spicy chicken instead. Not to mention we ordered 3 combos and they are supposed to come with biscuits per combo, we only got 1 singular biscuit.
We asked for sauce, he gave us no sauce. We got no napkins as well.
Terrible service. GO TO KFC INSTEAD.

I recently visited Popeyes and had the pleasure of being helped by Anthony and Angela, and I have to say, their customer service was top-notch!
From the moment I walked in, Anthony greeted me with a big smile and made sure I felt welcomed. He was quick to answer any questions about the menu and even made some great recommendations. His friendly attitude really stood out, especially in a busy environment!
Angela, who was handling my order, was equally amazing. She was super efficient and made sure everything was just right. I was impressed with how she kept things moving while still being so personable. You can tell she really cares about providing a great experience for customers.
Both Anthony and Angela worked seamlessly together to ensure my meal was served quickly and accurately, with a level of warmth and care that you don’t always expect from a fast food experience. They definitely made my visit a memorable one, and I’ll be back soon!

I’ve ordered the chicken tenders from this location a few times, and this is how they’ve turned out every time. These are NOT chicken tenders. Basically, it’s just breading. I want to know how they grabbed this and were like, “Yeah. This acceptable.” Lol

Horrible costumer service, I don’t know what is wrong with the staff in this popeyes but they indeed have hearing issues, they got out WHOLE order wrong. First we asked for regular chicken, no spice, not anything, just regular, every. single. chicken was spicy, I don’t eat spice, and even if I did giving us something that we DID NOT pay for isn’t such great service. We also asked for sauces and they gave us NO SAUCE AT ALL, no napkins as well, every combo is supposed to come with biscuits and we even asked him he said yes, tell me why we open our food and we only get ONE biscuit when there’s supposed to come 1 per combo. This unhappy with hearing problems cashier even double checked our whole order and everything was like we ordered it, we saw him do our food so everything that went wrong is his fault. TERRIBLE SERVICE. HIRE NEW CASHIERS. I’m NOT coming back. As a side note the food was very bad and dry aswell. In the future if I ever come back I expect to see new staff or at least staff that knows how to follow simple orders. Hope this helped.
