This is what they are calling a 3 piece tender. These are nothing more than chicken nuggets do not go here I called the manager and told them the situation she said I could go and exchange them when I arrived I showed the cashier who was completely comfortable talking smack in front of the manager he said those were normal sized tenders nonetheless my order was replaced with actual tenders (2nd photo) after a mouthful from the cashier in front of other staff and the manager

This was honestly the worst food I have ever had. The workers were okay—not the best, but still better than the food itself. The chicken was extremely dry, and the fries were overcooked, as if they had been sitting there for years. Nothing was edible at all. Do not waste your money here; just go to Raising Cane’s Chicken, which is literally half a block away from this location. And to the owner, there is no need to respond with the same generic, copy-and-paste apology. Saying “sorry” means nothing if you are not willing to make real changes or properly retrain your staff for the customers who are the ones actually making you money.

The is the best Popeyes I’ve ever eaten at. Chicken was fresh, crispy, hot and delicious. Fries were hot and perfect, biscuit was buttery, soft and delicious service was excellent, fast and friendly. I went 3 days in a row!

Employee has a bad attitude. Watched her scoop up fries from around the tray where the fries were supposed to be. She doesn’t even fill up the box. I send them back and she rolls her eyes.
They don’t have napkins out for their guests. They have a roll or paper towels from the bathroom. Was rude to us when we asked for plates, we ordered dine in, why are we even having to ask? Watched a guy from the kitchen walk to the front and get on his hands and knees. No, he didn’t put on new gloves afterwards.
And there are roof leaks. Disgusting waterlogged ceiling tiles. I wonder how much of that has leaked into the food there.
Will NOT be returning and will be reporting this to the health dept.

Why even get food here anymore? The only reason I wanted to spend my money here is because I got a coupon and the lady at the windows did not want to honor it (I got these coupons today in the mail), I even ordered an extra meal since I was going to pay less for one of the combos; I did not even argue because I am not about to spend 10+ min trying to convince her to follow the restaurant’s rules, to do her job. Literally takes 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru when only 3 cars are ahead of you, food is cold, the orders are incomplete and now they just won’t honor the coupons. Save yourself some time and go to a different location, there’s better options to choose from.

Service was friendly and prompt. Food fresh and tasty. Dining room pretty clean.
I will definitely return, unlike the other location, which is close to my house but awful.
