Manager was rude even though I smiled and was kind because they seemed overwhelmed.
My fries were cold. Sandwich was worse than cold. And I paid $7 for the popcorn shrimp attached… luckily my job pays for my food when I’m out of town.

Ended up getting another meal on my own dime at Panda Express which was the total opposite experience thankfully.

Food at popeyes is always good. Spicer chicken would be great. Cajun food especially blackened has more spice – at least tasting the spice dosent take any effort. On this visit no amount of concentration produced a spicy flavour. The manager at the register was saying she was not going to help the lady in front of me because my wife gave her a coupon. The Manager sounded like she was kidding at first but sh kept on saying she wasn’t going to help the lady who turned out to be the Managers cousin. iving the lady in front of me a hard time about a coupon my wife gave I continued to laugh it off as the manager said she wanted to meet my wife when she came out of the bathroom. It became obvious why the manager was saying what she was about the coupons when she commented that the coupons had just been mailed and received and she had been taking coupons all day. And since I was the one that gave her cousin the coupon she wasn’t going to help me. The food came without napkins or condiments. I went back to the counter to ask for salt, and pepper, catsup, hot sauce, plates, napkins. After the meal my wife asked, “what, they didn’t have any honey”? That’s right, it’s not Popyees without honey for your biscuit, Which was just as mouth watering buttery as ever. Missed the honey. The dinning room was quite, and clean. Drink refills where provided easily. Employees and the managers cousin were friendly and helped make the managers comments laughable. The manager, if trying to be funny, took it to the point I wondered if I was going to be served when she went to take the peoples order behind me. Handicapped parking is available as well as access and tables for wheel chairs.

I showed up after 1pm on a Monday afternoon making an online order for my lunch break. Once I got there they told me they wouldn’t be open for 15 min. So I decided to wait. Then the ride lady at the drive through said they didn’t have my order and I needed to go online and cancel it. Of course that will take 5-7 business days to return to my account. I asked if I could show her my receipt and they could make my food and she refused. This place has the worst workers and customer service.

Nice inside, not to big a fan of Popeyes but went with a friend. Writing the review because while it did take a while to get my food, the staff was very nice and friendly, and made it clear that they were trying to give the best service they can, not just face to face but also with the food. Making sure I didn’t get crappy stuff from the fryer, and that I got everything with my order even though they were very busy and under staffed.

Family and I went and Ordered 2 Family meals . Lady who took our order was actually the Manager and was very sweet. Didn’t get her name . But as we were sitting there waiting for our food the Manager was instructing the line to drop certain items . One young man didn’t have a hair net and was wearing a white ear bud . So I walked up to the counter and told the Manager that I was sitting there watching her give her team instructions and that I noticed one of her not listening. I thought everyone behind the counter had to wear a hat or a hairnet. Which the Manager didn’t have one on either.

I was disappointed that the popcorn shrimp was unavailable so I had tenders instead. Wasn’t the best or fastest service I ever had, but didn’t have to wait too terribly long. I did overhear employees discussing that they were short-staffed. I was impressed that they were still doing the best they could with what they had.

I should’ve known better. The app said ‘Ready to Pick Up,’ but when I got there, the doors were locked. I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes behind three other frustrated customers. To make matters worse, I got home only to find my order was wrong. I’m only eating it because I’m starving. Never coming back here again.

Gave 1 star only to be able to post here. Store hours say it opens at 10 am. I was one person in a long line waiting at the drive thru to place an order up till 11 am still no one took any orders people were driving away . Even tried the door to go inside but it was locked. Is this place still open for business? This place needs someone to step in and run it right this service is horrible

Waited 20 plus minutes they had park me had to go inside to see what was going on then had my whole order messed up. This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to keep giving them chances and the keep disappearing me. They need to just close it down or hire a staff that give a care about their job cause the staff they got in there don’t give a damn
