They have internal problems and this isn’t my first issue here. They are rude. Today we tried to go to this Popeyes and their doors were locked but a bunch of cars in the parking lot and commotion inside. We continued to go through the drive thru the girl had attitude problems as employees were running out in front of my family. What a mess… Hire staff that knows how to work professionally.

I have not been to Popeyes in awhile and I was dissatisfied with how the service was. Before the food got to me, it was cold but it still tasted good. The manager has her hands tied and I wish her the best, but the service was not up to par. Furthermore, my soda was flat and they ran out of ice. They wasn’t even busy but the service was still slow. I wish I could have had a better experience but I’m hoping the next time I come to Marshall, I will enjoy the service.

This was the first time I got my entire order at this branch. Crew is slow & seems unconcerned. If you like Popeyes food you’ll understand this branch was a great disappointment. We still have to drive out of town to”enjoy” a Popeyes meal.

Always an issue. Been here 3 times since June 2022. 1st time I waited in line for what felt like forever until it was my turn to order only to find out it’s cash only. 2nd time went pretty speedy but was served regular and not the spicy chicken we had ordered and they left off the 3 orders of chocolate beignets only to find out none of them made it home with us, 20 minutes away. I called several times but each time was a busy signal. 3rd time the food was what we ordered but waited over 10 minutes after ordering before our food was ready.
