Last time I gave them a chance was November 2024, they were bad then, still bad now. I placed an order in the app so we wouldn’t have to wait forever, and when I left home it said in the app that the order was “ready for pickup.” I drove 7 minutes to get there, we went through the drive thru to discover a sign saying “Inside open only”, so we parked and went inside even though we’re sick with the flu, and went in. It took a WHILE for someone to even speak to us at the register, felt like they were ignoring us. Waited inside for at least 30 minutes, but overall, I placed the order at 7:59pm, got the food at 8:51pm, got home at 9. That’s a whole hour just to get an order that was marked as “ready for pickup” before we even left home. And whoever replies to the comments sounds really well-meaning and empathizes and confirms that these kinds of things aren’t the level of service they want to give, but unfortunately that IS the level of service this location is giving, and something needs to change if yall want to do better, but I honestly don’t believe they do. They got a nice new coat of paint on the building and new tables and chairs but if the employees don’t care or are lacking leadership, that’s not something you can just paint over and call a day.

The service is terrible. The lady that should be taking the orders purposely keeps her back turn to the customers waiting to order. Waited there for about 10 minutes till another lady came and took our order. Even though I ordered to meals I still had to pay for the ranch dip so had to pay $1 just for a condiment never seen this before. Sure if you ask maybe for extra but not just what u should get when you order. This is the norm for their place. I have never received good service here. Only reason I come back is I like the chicken and the coupons. The worse service I have ever been.

The manager is rude and if you file a complaint through the mobile app she gets mad … I didn’t get a picture of the red beans and rice that wasn’t cooked from my first complaint. But I did take a picture of the cold fries from my second complaint. I should stay away from this place honestly for my own good. Waiting time is always 15 minutes or more!!!

It took 40 minutes to get a fish sandwich. There was no other person in line at the drive thru. I went at 11am and got my sandwich at 11:42. The week before it took 45 minutes to get a chicken sandwich combo. It takes a ridiculous amount of time from ordering to getting your order.

Long wait. If the fried chicken weren’t so good, I wouldn’t go to Popeyes again. That’s was mobile order that said my order was ready and still had to wait. Place under construction.

I have not been to Popeyes in awhile and I was dissatisfied with how the service was. Before the food got to me, it was cold but it still tasted good. The manager has her hands tied and I wish her the best, but the service was not up to par. Furthermore, my soda was flat and they ran out of ice. They wasn’t even busy but the service was still slow. I wish I could have had a better experience but I’m hoping the next time I come to Marshall, I will enjoy the service.

Horrible service, for having no customers they sure were busy taking in the kitchen. Food was alright but knowing it took so long while overhearing them talk about their personal life. Don’t bother coming here if you want fast food.

Now granted it was close to time for them to close and i see tha 3 employees there cleaning and preparing to close store.. i order chicken TENDERS meal, as ALWAYS… My order came fast and i said to myself, man that was too fast, because i knew they would probably have to cook them when people order them beings how it was close to closing time . .. i decide to pull into parking space to eat instead of fumbling trying to eat while driving… VERY FIRST BITE… RAW CHICKEN!!! I immediately spit it out and try not to throw up!!! I try breaking a tender in half to make sure im not crazy and can’t even do that kike talkin bout it cuz the chicken IS NOT DONE!! i take it inside and let them know and the 3 inspect ir and 5 pleaing a case that it was done and was supposed to be PINK on the inside!! I didn’t challenge them to take a bite!!!! ‘when they refused i just left the box of chicken on the counter and told them they could keep it!

Placed an online order at 12:19pm. I get to the restaurant 20 minutes later for pickup. (Drive through) I’m told to pull into a parking spot and they’ll bring it out. 15 mins go by and I go inside to check on it only to find out they haven’t started on the chicken!! Almost an hour after my order was placed I finally get my food, I checked to make sure everything was there only to find that I’m missing the biscuits so I tell them about it and again they take their sweet time getting them, and when I asked for dipping sauce one of the employees tried to charge me for it. I was fed up at this point! So the other employee just gave me the sauce. This kind of service is ridiculous!! And the shift manager kept going to the back who knows for what even ignoring other customers in line!

Look at these pieces of chicken. And why can’t we at least make our drink larger on the 5 buck special? The cashier not that he was rude he just wasn’t very good speaking over the speaker system. No thank you no I’m sorry or anything.
Only a certain set of stores sell the dirty rice anymore?
