Ok, so, it’s Popeye’s. We’ve all eaten at a Popeye’s. It’s good! HOWEVER, this Popeye’s is above and beyond the norm. First off, it is super clean! From the dining area to the bathrooms. Clean! Next, the employees were extremely nice and friendly. “Hello and welcome” when you walked in to “Thanks for visiting and please come back” when you leave.
The manager even came by our table to ask how everything was.
I love eating Popeye’s Chicken. I will go out of my way to visit the particular one any time I can!! Highly recommend!!!

Ordered a four piece thru door dash and got two thighs and two breasts instead of one of each piece which is the normal way to fill this order. Instead I was told you have to request it. Even the picture on the menu shows those pieces. I hate thighs but can tolerate one to get the other 3 pieces. The original has no flavor but salt and very oily. Spicy is okay. This was very disappointing because I stopped ordering out and decided to try again with Popeyes. Back to cooking my own food again. Plus they didn’t include honey or cutlery for my mashed potatoes, which were sticky like they’re old. What a waste

I ordered off the App and picked up my order inside at the counter. The staff was very friendly and made my visit a nice one. The order was prepared and packaged well. The chicken was awesome, super moist with a great flavor and crust. The sides were very good as well. The whole place was bright and clean with a nice view out the windows as well. Much better than the Mount Pleasant and Tyler franchises as too. I will definitely be back whenever I get the chance to go to Sulphur Springs.

I’ve been to plenty of Popeyes and this one is the best. Everyone has always been very nice and hooks it up. The chicken has always been hot and fresh. Keep up the good work.

We went in to get dinner and the manager didn’t even acknowledge all of us standing in line waiting to order. He just kept going back to the kitchen with the rest of his staff to focus on to go orders. The line was out the door. I would never ever come back! Customer service is the worst! Not even a hello, I’m sorry I’ll be right with you for 10 minutes.

Just spent 10 minutes waiting to place my order in the drive-thru. Gavin couldn’t be bothered to speak to me but once in 10 minutes. (I ended up placing a mobile order)They apparently don’t have or carry Cajun rice(but I can order it via the app) And they are out of blackened seasoning.

Placed an online order and when it was delivered it was missing items and the chicken tenders were like boot leather. We’ve ate here many times never had this issue. Called the manager and he replaced the entire meal with brand new fresh cooked food and took great care of us with no issue at all. Thanks for making it right.

Chicken tenders tasted of old grease. Didn’t have any coleslaw- they were out. I didn’t eat more than the first bite. Afraid I’d get sick eating it. Won’t go there again.

THIS restaurant is basically about 2 years at the most, and it started out great, so when we travel between home and Dallas, it is our “go to”
I always use the app and order ahead
This time; no one paid attention to the time of pick up as we were an hour away when I placed my order on the app.
So when we got there ALL the food was cold. To even TRY to serve me cold French fries is an insult:
I don’t know if the management had changed or they are just tired or what. Prolly all of the above, but at 12noon, the floors and bathroom should not be dirty.
You can tell they’ve been cleaned AT, in the past but nothing deep since the honeymoon phase PHASED out.
I do not recommend this one.
I’ll go to Greenville one next time.
