I went to Popeyes this location today 1-15-2026. I purchased the 3 piece chicken w/ strawberry and lemonade frozen drink and a spicy chicken sandwich. On my way home drinking my drink get home take a bite off the chicken legs processed to chew at the end taste something spoil remind you I had swallowed some did realize from drink strawberry lemonade drink couldn’t taste it at first until the end . I spit out the remaining in my mouth of the chicken so I smelled the chicken it’s smelled spoiled. Wow so I immediately went back up there explaining the situation to the drive thru window he go get the guy cooking the chicken he comes to the window with tells him he gone tell me ain’t nothing wrong with that chicken and I handle it myself and smelled it first before cooking. First of all you can’t tell about spoil chicken I been cooking chicken way before you ever start cooking chicken. He proceeded telling me ain’t nothing wrong so I tell him to go get the chicken and eat it right in front of me he laugh and tell me am not hungry. The manager just gave me my money back cause I ask for it. No sorry no empathy and refuse to give me the District manager number just said it’s Maria. I’ll never ever go back to this store is the last time I’ve been having issues with these ppl and ain’t nothing been done about it. And they still chicken meeting the guy at the back to the dumpster with 3 big boxes with chicken and the guy left that’s why the chicken being sold spoil. This used to be a perfect establishment and fresh chicken now is terrible.

This the second time I have came into this location wanting to but 5 five legs and was denied service telling what I can have if I paying for it give me what im paying for the employees are rude when talking to you and the wait for your food is insane better off going to a different chicken store I want coke back to this location

My food was dropped on the floor and the employee still tried to hand it to me and proceeded to tell me the 3 individual coleslaws that I received was equivalent to a large while trying to convince me he switched the coleslaw out in the back where the refrigerator is when I know it’s in the front! That container says dropped! I also waited in line for 15 minutes before I could order, car behind me so I couldn’t back out of drive-thru!

This is the worst popeyes. Everytime ai have ordered here there is a long wait. I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order only for it to be missing items and had to constantly ask for drink and sauces over and over. The people in the establishment are rude no kind of customer service.

Funny story, stopped in to get a 2pc white and 6pc wings after having issues redeeming the 6pc for free when you spend $10. Via the app. As I completed my purchase at the register I asked a question I always ask “Do you have any fresh chicken cooking?” She replied, yes 5mins. I said great I’ll wait. Grabbed my order and out the door I went. Get to the vehicle and it’s warm, not HOT, or FRESH as I requested. So I head back in. The One female spoke to another female. Who then starts speaking in Spanish to another female & another who came from the back. Idk what about but a few minutes later. The lady put two boxes in a new bag, took the condiments and the receipt that was tapped to my original bag, and transferred it to the new bag tapped it up all nice and neat and hand it to me. I felt the bag, it was hot so I was happy. Until I got back to the vehicle. It was worst . I had someone else’s order. Shrimp and tenders/fries now I’m LMAO is all I can do. I couldn’t take it back. I didn’t have more time to waste.

Please try to find another location! Spare yourself the bellyache! The chicken seemed like it had been sitting there for a while. Wasn’t fresh at all. I don’t recommend this Popeyes at all. The only thing fresh was the biscuits.

One of the most frustrating fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I typically enjoy Popeyes for their flavorful chicken and signature sides, but this particular location has been consistently disappointing—especially when it comes to customer service. On multiple visits, I’ve experienced the same problems: disorganization, excessive wait times, and an overall lack of professionalism from the staff.
During my most recent visit, I waited in the drive-thru line for over 10 minutes with no 1 car ahead of me. When I finally got to the speaker, I was met with a rushed and borderline rude tone. After placing my order, I pulled forward—only to wait another 20 minutes in the parking lot while staff moved slowly and seemed uninterested in getting orders out in a timely manner. No apology. No update. The cashier just told me to park in the parking lot Just silence and a long wait for food that wasn’t even fresh by the time it was handed to me.
This isn’t a one-off issue. I’ve seen other customers walk out of the lobby in frustration after waiting far too long without being acknowledged. If this location is struggling with staffing or management, it’s time for corporate to step in and make real changes. The food may still carry the Popeyes name, but the customer experience here is severely lacking—and it’s driving people away.
Until service improves, I won’t be returning.
