They are nasty and disgusting . I saw the lady drop the food in the container on the floor she put it right back in the customers bag. I tell the manager he removed them but probably just put them to the side to resale. The lady didn’t have gloves or anything on.

I’ve came here a lot in the past and still coming currently. I always go thru the drive thru. They are always friendly and get it done in a timely manner. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5. Is because the last time I went. I tried ordering some ketchup; and she ignored me and started talking on the mic. So I just drove off kinda sad that I got ignored. I checked in the bag and their was ketchup. I just didn’t like how she ignored me about it

Customer service is trash. I ordered two 3 piece white which should come with 2 wings in a breast in each. I get home i have more dark meat than white and the chicken is burnt. Not one apology was offered. I waited almost an hr for them to give me what i ordered. I see other people walking out with chicken yet I had to go in twice and ask about mine. The managers irk me every time i visit this location they are as useless as the kids they have working. I will not be back and I’m contacting corporate in the morning. I attached a couple pieces of the dark meat thats been fried a couple times.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but will when necessary!!! Just spent $35 bucks on an 8pc tender box, and a chicken sandwich (that was requested extra pickles, x2). The tenders are skinny, and my sandwich has one solo pickle, with no mayo, and what looks like a drop of some sauce. Anyways, I am attaching pictures. If your work for food delivery, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IT ALL!!!! The sandwich was for me, and even 2 pickles I wouldn’t have made a huge deal out of it, but ONE? No sauce/mayo? Ruined the entire sandwich. Plus, we asked for hotsauce and got none.

My husband and I tried the Popeyes app and honestly I was very impressed!! I am usually very hesitant to order on those fast food apps, but the deals were great and our experience was phenomenal!! Within 2 minutes of ordering on the Popeyes app our order was ready!! Everything was packaged so well and the food tasted great! We’ll definitely be back to give this location our business!!

First time at Popeye’s in a long time. We went to try the classic chicken. We had a family consensus that it was delicious. Workers were friendly and did not make us feel rush. Place is inside of a gas station with limited seating. Will go back to that location once am in that neighborhood.

I had the new chicken sandwich with pickles and cajun rice. It was fresh. The chicken tenderloin were tasty. They need help with customer service. Some of the managers need training dealing with upset and furious customers.
