Very clean inside. However the service was slow and the workers mumbled and seemed really annoyed with their job. They weren’t even busy during the time I came. Food was stale. Employees weren’t rude they just seemed very tired/bored. Also this amount of fries is a joke. And my sandwich was dry and cold and tasted terrible I barely ate it. I’m not the type of person to return food and complain. But this almost had me do it. I just threw it away and I’m leaving this review here.

I came through the drive thru. This Popeyes is one of the 2 in Dallas that I prefer. Every-time I eat here, I only get the wings and my wings are always hot& fresh. For some reason every-time I come you are always out of the strawberry lemonade but other than that this place is good and the drive thru workers are always friendly. “John” I believe was his name was I think the supervisor on duty and he was at the drive thru and very friendly and helpful.

The last two times I went to this location it was trash. There definitely will not be a return visit. Fooled me twice so I finally learned my lesson. They do not pay attention to quality. I received my order and the guy didn’t even tell me they were out of the sides I ordered. Then the chicken tasted

This location at Rowlett & Lakeview Pkwy was so bad. The chicken was old greasy & burned, gravy is like brown water with no taste. Customer service was also bad, employee & manger was both talking rude, even just taking a simple order. And then, they forgot my drink, forgot my biscuits that I paid for. I wanted to make sure that I got charged for it before calling them, no receipt in the bag. I called to complain, no one pick up the phone. I drove all the way back, got even more worse respond from the same manager that worked at the drive thru. Look as they don’t give a damn about anything they’re doing other than charging customers, and it showed. I normally never care to leave comment on restaurants, i had been at many other Popeyes, but felt like crap after visit this store for the 1st time, it will be my last. Other locations are not this bad.

Ordered the 12 piece family meal today and requested dark meat only, the worker who took my order rudely told me there was no dark meat at the moment and did not offer me a wait time for them to make my order as requested. Additionally, with a family meal, we were supposed to get a box full of fries, but only got like a small handful. Not even enough for my family. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

How come this place always tends to disappoint. I wish they would open another location because this one sucks. The Hispanic supervisor or manager does not care about his customers. Always long waits about 20 mins for a 10 dollar meal to be ready. TODAY I DID A ORDER and they told me they are out of CHICKEN… what restaurant runs out of chicken if they only serve chicken. What the heck. Literally someone needs to do their job better or replace the management here. It’s going down the drain.

Unfortunately the gal came to the counter was holding the broom and serving. She didn’t give me my drink forgot the French fries upon inquiring she wanted check my bag if I were lying for fries. She didn’t hand me a dish so we could dine it was a total disaster.
