Great staff. The folks were friendly especially at the register. We were even greeted when we entered the restaurant which is rare at a fast food place.
The food was ok. Ours was the 2 piece dark chicken. One of the pieces was perfect but the other one was oily. The biscuit tasted great though.
Absolutely clean and well maintained, this location having been opened fairly recently (Feb 2025).
I would have given this place 5 stars if it weren’t for the oily piece of chicken.

Super friendly and attentive staff. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The box of popcorn chicken was a bit smaller than I remember from a few years ago at other locations, but it makes up in price and taste. The restaurant is very new, and the tables are regularly cleaned. My main criticism is that there is not enough parking and seating in the restaurant.

Trust me. I never went back to the other fried chicken place after getting two bad coleslaws in a row. Thank God Popeyes came back in town.

The flounder sandwich is horrible. Ours were tough and chewy. Thought we bit into a chicken sandwich at first but the chicken is more tender. I don’t know if it was old or overcooked but we won’t order it again.
Normally everything at this Popeyes is hot and fresh. We’ll definitely be back for chicken.

I originally chose this location because of its high reviews. I placed a mobile order to be picked up at 6:35 PM. I arrived at 6:32 PM, and waited at the mobile order area for 10 minutes. I was never greeted, and A couple people in line were ordering. I thought the food would be in the window as designated but it wasn’t.
I asked Kamila At the front The status of my order. They pull it from the very top of the kitchen where it’s been sitting in a bag with no heat or anything. Kamila had the audacity to say the food is still warm And shrug it off.
I asked for the order to be redone, in which the manager was very gracious to do so once I checked and confirmed that the food was lukewarm. Kamila Tried to argue with me, saying that they make the order at the time I placed in the mobile order. I showed up before that time and the food was not in the mobile order window.
The last straw which led to this review was when I asked for two blackened ranches when handed one. Kamila wanted to charge me $.25 for an additional sauce. What a money grab. So stingy.
We were really hoping to give Popeyes and this new location a chance. It’s too bad Popeyes has gone downhill so fast.

I placed an order in drive thru. I noticed my box was cold and I asked how long will it take for hot chicken. She said 20 mins because we place chicken under the light and drop more chicken once the current chicken is close to being sold. She started taking another order so I pulled around to go in. I requested to have fresh chicken. It took 20 mins and the manager came out and said next time tell me you want hot chicken so we don’t waste the chicken we gave you.
Why would you sell me chicken that is not hot? She acted as if I did something to her. This was not the first time here it’s just the first time I did not accept it.

I have gone this location twice since it’s been built. The first time I was asking to pull up to a window to wait on my order and it took over 10 mins for them to bring the food to me, it was cold and not fresh when i returned home. So the second time i decided to try them out again and the photos shown is what they served me… it’s supposed to have sauce all over the boneless wings but as you can see it’s ooorly made. And the wings were hard as if they been cooked all day

I placed an online order. They took my money. They send me a message saying my order is ready. Go to Popeyes to pick it up. Get to Popeyes and they are closed bc of bad weather. Then I can’t get my refund so the 40.00 I paid for is gone they closed the ticket bc they said resolved. Nobody has called or text or emailed me with info about my refund. Popeyes has dropped the ball. Just bad customer service and can help except the automated chat which needs to get blown up!!!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the red beans and rice. There are so few beans you have to excavate for them. However, the taste is still fantastic.

I’ve frequented this location enough since opening and have watched service somehow steadily decline . But today was it, whoever they have training staff needs to be retained themselves . My chicken was undercooked, the mash potato’s were lumpy and tasteless. And the jalapeño peppers i was given , the First batch one was missing a whole piece as if bitten ( seriously ) the others were flaccid and vile . I returned those and the Sedona batch while new ( according to staff) tasted just as bad meaning the brine was bad . I used points for this purchase and I just really want them and my time back. I’ll stick to Main Street
