I placed an order through the Popeyes app for drive-thru pickup. When I arrived, my order was ready, and the woman at the window was very kind. However, this is where the issues began. She handed me only part of my order and seemed confused when I asked about the drinks. After receiving the drinks, I realized the bag was missing the eight sauces I paid for and one of the desserts. I had to ask for those as well before leaving.

When I got home, I discovered both meals were completely wrong. At this point, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. I went inside and spoke with (what I believe was) the manager, a tall Black male, who was polite and tried to make it right. He gave extra portions to make up for the mistakes, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, even while remaking the order, he still missed another item, and I had to point it out again. After about 12 minutes, I finally left with what I thought was the corrected order.

But when I got home for the second time, I found the order was still wrong—instead of receiving the blackened and spicy tenders I ordered, I was given all blackened tenders. While the staff was friendly and the manager was generous with portions, it does not excuse the repeated errors. This order was wrong multiple times, and it shows the employees are not carefully reading receipts. This kind of carelessness is very frustrating, especially after having to return to the location.

I want to say, best Popeyes I’ve been to. Great service by Gaby and her team when I go there. Despite being short on people, I see her moving all the time. She welcomes everybody in. I like the positive attitude she gives.

I used to come here every week but had a horrible experience yesterday.

I ordered the 5 piece meal and selected which prices I wanted.

I wasn’t given my breast price. Only thighs. I ordered all spicy chicken and they gave me 1 spicy and the rest were regular. The regular chicken prices were also old and soaked in oil. I ate 2 and felt sick so had to toss it all.

Also when I went to pick up my order I had to wait at the counter for a super long time. They helped everyone in front of me and continued to ignore me. They only gave me my back after I had to go out of my way to ask for their attention.

I can’t even get a refund with support because the app is glitchy.

This Popeyes seriously needs to retrain whoever is preparing the orders. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken, and what they gave me was honestly unacceptable: almost three thighs, a couple of wings, and only ONE breast. This is not an accident — this is careless, lazy, and shows zero respect for customers.

If your staff can’t follow something as basic as properly assembling a simple 5-piece order, then there is a serious management problem. People pay for quality and fairness, not for whatever scraps someone decides to throw in the box. This kind of service is embarrassing for a franchise like Popeyes. Do better.

Pretty fancy and friendly staffs compared to its location.
Overall chicken frying was very good and lasted good soft and flavor conditions til back to my home.
Drumsticks and wings were great but breast was dry.

I had the worst experience at Popeyes tonight, and I won’t be coming back. I ordered a 12-piece family meal and was overcharged .30c for the second side, which was supposed to be mac & cheese—only to be told they didn’t have any ready. So I asked for two mashed potatoes sides instead. When we got home, the disappointment only got worse.

The chicken tenders were clearly old, tough, and barely warm—not fresh at all. The fried pickles we ordered extra were overcooked to the point that they crumbled in our hands. They were so bad you couldn’t even taste the pickle. And to make things even worse, we found a hair in the breading of the pickles. Absolutely disgusting.

Popeyes’ quality has gone downhill over the past year, but this was the final straw for me. If my family wasn’t so hungry, I would’ve packed everything up and went back to the store that was 15 minutes away to ask for my money back. First and last time at this location—avoid at all costs.

I ordered Two meals that cost me almost $35 and both of the drinks were flat. They need to get their carbon dioxide machine fixed ASAP! and I will be coming back up there tomorrow for a refund.
