The food and prices were great. Chicken was perfect. Older male manager (I assume he was a manager because he was dressed differently than everyone else) was extremely annoying and rude and stared at us the whole time we ate. He was limping to get around and was being rude to employees. We asked for an extra dipping sauce and he was rude about it costing 0.25 and we said we would pay and he got even ruder and said “it’s on the house” like it was a huge ordeal. Will be going to another location next time. Little did he know it was my birthday

I did an online order and it was not ready when we got there. A lady, I’m assuming it was the mgr said it would be a 15 min because she had a bus come in and didn’t have any chicken. Well at the 30 minute mark I was going to go inside but my husband said to give them 5 more minutes. So I did and here they come. The fries weren’t hot, warm but not hot and when we got home 8 of my 16 piece family meal were wings and we had what appeared to be a small mashed potato and gravy…..NOT worth the $50 I paid for it and won’t do it again with that kind of service and quality of food

This location has good food and service. At the time of our visit, the dining room had several new in-the-box televisions. The televisions were likely for new menu boards. The chicken sandwich was delicious . The manager is a friendly gentleman who provided excellent customer service

I’ve had bad experiences at this location in the past, however, today the food and service was exceptional. New management seems to be the reason for the positive change. The manager Jorge was friendly, organized, and made sure our order was perfect. I hope the company realizes that his direct management has improved this location immensely!
