Allow me to say, we love Popeyes!
My spouse is actually from Louisiana; so, when we are in the area around a Popeyes, we tend to make that our lunch stop.
However, this particular location, extremely disappointed. We just watched the most recent episode of hot ones, by first we feast. Super fans of the show, we were super eager to try the new products!
Upon arrival, we looked at the menu, made our selection and went to the drive through window to pay. Unfortunately, we were pulled around to a parking spot as they were waiting for fresh tenders. We were pulled around for almost 10 minutes, waiting for the fresh food with our hopes high. Nevertheless, upon leaving, we noticed that we were missing the whole sauce that actually makes the meal. The sandwich had the sauce on it, but it was so flavorless. Now the tenders, we’re supposed to come with its own drizzle, but it was not even included in the order. So to be fair, a fair resolution, would be to simply refund the tenders and maybe issue a store Credit?
We are not very interested in returning to this location, because this is our second visit here this year. Both visits were very disappointing in relation to the other Popeyes up off the highway. Sadly, that is exactly why they make local guides just like myself, I should’ve read the reviews for this location and steered clear and drove an additional 7 miles to the other location. Being directly down the road from Cajun Ed’s, you think you would have more eagerness to impress your clientele; especially the ones that are from Louisiana and understand quality.

I originally ordered delivery, but when it arrived I realised the drinks were not with it. I usually wouldn’t be bothered, but this was the day that my partner had put his grandmother to rest and we had ordered a Dr Pepper (he and his grandma’s favorite drink to share). Parker and their coworkers were amazing help and super friendly and understanding about it. They said I could come pick the drinks up and apologised for the inconvenience, along with offering me some apple pie pockets because of said inconvenience. Thank you guys (the whole crew on staff) for making the whole process really easy, y’all are awesome (I do apologise for my awkwardness though lol).

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The service is terrible. I believe I got the manager name Michael today. I arrived moments before they “ Close the lobby “ The manager was extremely rude. I explained to him I’m on my lunch break and that I was at Amazon driver and I just needed to grab my food real quick he explained he did not care and that I would need to go through the drive-through he said and I quote if I wanted to complain, I should talk to the GM on Monday horrible experience and this person should be considered for a demotion or something or some sort of disciplinary action

Amazing chicken. The food is always fresh and delicious. It’s always clean. Just double check your order because we are often missing something. No big deal because they are usually very busy & will quickly correct their mistake to your advantage.

Worst experience at a Popeyes yet, pulled up and had a mobile order, saw the lobby was closed but unless you want to wait 8 days for a refund you got to go through the drive through, waited 20 mins in the drive through, got to the window they asked to pulled to the front for 5-10 waited another 20, wings are both small and cooked to death. You pay 99c for a container of gravy and they gave me a dipping size cup of it, the menu shows a regular side cup of it, Mac and cheese is laughable it’s not even a full container.

Went there for feb 14th the cashier girl was amazing ,friendly nice and give fresh chicken ,, honestly was my first time eating in pepeyes and I can say I love it !!! Especialy this locations 71 and Riverside tulsa !! I recomended them

Very unprofessional every time I come they always say what they do not have because they don’t want to stay longer and drop fresh food. They scammed me for chicken wings that’s not even a good size for my family pack meal for $29.29 7 wings one thigh. The biscuits are burnt the staff look unprofessional cussing at the window. Underwear showing. Another staff just handed me my food didn’t even take my payment I literally had to wait at the window just for someone to realize they didn’t take my payment. I paid leave come home and my food looks like an immature kids burnt meal

I am a popeyes enthusiast, however just injested some of the grossest chicken I have ever encountered from this location. I had ordered the two piece box of dark meat and it was legitimately inedible. One piece was extremely greasy, fatty, and was not properly trimmed while the other was very dry and chewy. I have never left a negative google review, but this experience was just so poor. However, the employees who served me were very nice!!

This is the crappiest location of them all. We love the one in 41st but these people are a joke at this store. Pulled my husband around and left him waiting for 20 MINUTES!! All for fresh cheese bites. When he went in to check the white manager said “oh yeah” and started to laugh. Then the small Mexican woman said he was lying about the amount when he asked for a refund. So instead of apologizing and making it right they laughed at him and called him a liar. The food is never fresh and they always have horrible additudes and the wait time is too long. They need new management!!!!
