I ordered at the drive through window. I ordered the $5 Faves; 2 3pc classic, 1 tender spicy, 1 chicken sandwich plain with sprite. At the window I asked if biscuits came with the Faves and was told ‘no’; so I added 2 biscuits to the order. I paid $33.60. Thought that was more than I should have paid, but I wasn’t feeling well, so headed on.
After arriving home, I noticed that not only did I pay more, but I was missing one of the 3pc Faves. I called the restaurant and the lady who answered asked for my ticket #. She said that I only ordered the chicken sandwich. We’ll, at $33.60 that would be a very expensive sandwich! She finally got the correct ticket# and began a long explanation of why I was charged that amount. The only reason I called was to have them resolve the error. Refund the over charged amount and provide the missing order (3pc Fave). However, she continued to explain that I was charged $11 for an Ala Carte 3 PC rather than the $5 Fave. I asked her how she planned to resolve the issue and she said bring the receipt back to the store and it will be fixed. I asked for her name and after a long pause, she hung up without providing her name or obtaining mine.
This was a 12 minute conversation that should have been resolved within 2-3 minutes. I have ordered from this location frequently, as I have a student who attends Carver. I was appalled at the inability of this staff member to resolve a simple customer issue. Training in customer service should be high on list for any food service business. A simple request for a name, which was totally refused and ignored is unacceptable.
I am not sure when or if I will come back to Popeyes. This soured me on one of our family’s favorite restaurants for years!
Please do not continuously explain, just resolved the issue.

Then I ordered 3 sweet teas on my mobile order and they didn’t have the drinks ready. He gave me 2 sweet teas and forgot that I had another one. He got it after I told him. Here comes the even worse service part: I got told to pull up to wait for my food, bc I ordered 3 orders of boneless wings 2 with hot signature sauce, and 1 dry-rubbed wings. When I got my food after waiting for 15 minutes, they FORGOT my mashed potatoes. What’s even WORSE is I asked the lady who served me at the parked area if there were 3 straws in the bag FOR MY DRINK, and she said “YES”. I went to check in the bag and there were NO STRAWS. Terrible service. I had to wait in line inside to get my forgotten mashed potato’s, straws, and some Hot Ones siracha sauce that they forgot to give me.
I went back home, and the 1 of my boneless wings hot signature HAD ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE, you can try to dip in the sauce and there’s barely any, or even shake it, no sauce, just dried chicken boneless wings , naked literally… I paid for these. And it wasn’t worth the experience. My other boneless wings hot signature had more sauce and it was good. You guys made this for your customers (me), and you might as well sell it as it is advertised.
Everything 100% TERRIBLE service. Worst experience. You guys need more training , more emphasis on strictly training your employees. Im sorry, and the lady who told me that there were straws and said “yes”, when there was none, I was not happy as a customer. It’s like assuming and guessing even lying that there’s straws in there for your customer. Worst customer service ever. Terrible.
