Do not eat here! I bought 2 wing combos and a chicken sandwich for my family, within just a few bites every one in my house was throwing up and it left a chemical taste in our mouths they have been made aware and will never get our buisness again. Disgusting
Update: The general manager contacted me a few days after this situation occured and gave me a full refund and apologized. The general manager was very respectful and I truly appreciated him reaching out and he should be commended for his efforts.

If I can give “0” I Definitely would! Jasmine the girl in the drive through was TERRIBLE! She definitely doesn’t have ANY customer skills. We were waiting on our order. “Told” to pull to a #2 slot. They aren’t McDonalds nor Walmart and have numbered poles. We pulled up from window and waited. She walked out of side door and stood there staring, then walked to car. Stated #2 slot is ( ) we stated we moved out of drive through. And no one was behind us. She went continue talking about spot. We repeated statement again followed by “Have a goodnight” She stated “You too, DONT COME BACK!” Well we went back through drive thru asking for manager jasmine came to window. We stated we wanted the manager she said no yelling we were being rude. We pulled to front waited. Tried calling store twice no one would answer. Tried to get a manager to discuss situation. Finally Lisa manager and Chris assistant manager came outside. This is second time we have visited location. And clearly will be the last! Reading previous reviews I cannot believe how an owner of a business would let their management team talk to customers the way we were! And especially the very poor service shown by team member!

I went during lunch and the manager at the time, I think Darin was his name, just made me feel uncomfortable and was quite rude while ordering the food. Then it was not done enough, I puked it up, and now I have a bad stomach ache, idk, I just don’t feel right afterwards. I guess no one cares about how to treat people, or how to cook food.

I had to call to compliment the girl in the drive thru being so nice and having great customer service skills, so I did and am glad because it made her day. Heather has been nice and professional every time I’ve been through the drive thru. Your lobby and restroom are very clean as well.

Second time going to this Popeye’s. Last night at 4:30 pm I ordered eight piece thighs and two Mac and cheese. Got up to the window, paid and then the girl said “oh we don’t have any thighs ready.” You can wait 20 minutes if you want. I said “no please cancel my order.” She turned and talked to a few people telling them I wanted to cancel my order. A young man came up to the window, ripping his gloves off and making a fist, as if he was going to hit me. He said “you CAN wait 20 minutes.” I told him no I could NOT wait and wanted to cancel my order! Then the young girl told another lady I wanted to cancel my order. I asked for a reversal of the $24 to my card. After 14 minutes, supposedly it was cancelled. I got a receipt and called my bank. Very unprofessional and rude employees. I get the younger generation doesn’t have the work ethics like we used to have but why can’t you demand excellent customer service when you hire them? Look at all the bad reviews regarding lack of chicken, replacing pieces with something they didn’t order and overall quality. Your replies are all the same over the last year, but no improvement at all. As an “owner” of Popeye’s you’d think you would get the district manager involved and make some changes to implement great customer service and improve the quality of the food. Lawton does not have this issue. Why open in our little town if you’re not going to provide great service and great food? This, amongst the other reviews have been sent to the corporate office.

I havent really been since they opened and we just tried it again after getting bad food last time. The 3 chicken tender meal has the tiniest tenders ever. The sides are litterally like 4oz. 1 sauce for 6 wings, 1 sauce for 3 chicken tenders. 26 dollars with a coupon for 2 people and cant even get 2 sauces? Seriously disappointing, seriously a waste of money, seriously done eating there and it looks like everyone else is too by the ratings

My husband and I ate here when it first opened it had cold food which we microwaved to heat and it upset our stomachs so no telling. The 2nd time my mother wanted to try it, I was hesitant cause of the last experience so many months prior as we walked in a girl was smoking right out side the door didn’t even acknowledge us just turned to her phone. After loading a baby and helping my mother in, we attempted the self serve kiosk my mom had a difficult time with this I was tending to my baby and wasn’t able to help she asked a employee to help they said they aren’t the cashier. Another person walks up from the back looks around stares at us we asked if we could order “I’m not a cashier I’m not trained for that” we waited 5-10min finally the lady outside walks in goes straight to the back again not acknowledging us once she came back to the front we asked if we could be waited on she told us we could order on the kiosk. My moms old school she just told the girl never mind the girl just shrugged we walked out and over to braums didn’t even bother to move our car since nobody was in their parking lot.
Then my husband said we haven’t ate Popeyes since they opened maybe they stepped their game up BOY WAS HE WRONG! We ordered the chicken and shrimp and waited 15min asked the lady for honey as she shoved our food at us without even looking she said annoyed and rushed “we’re out” asked for bbq again they were out without even checking we were the only ones in the drive through got the food thinking it’d be fresh cause of the wait NOPE again stale fries barely warm shrimp and chicken we went home shrimps were breading with small slivers of shrimp in them Mac and cheese was a hard ball and cold. Cherry on top we got sick AGAIN look we tried. I give this place a few years and it’ll be shut down never any cars there the entire experience was bad. Franchise needs a new crew to do better and actually worry about the product they serve as it can and did give people food poisoning which be the reasoning for my review at 130am mad I even ate here knowing it wasn’t gonna be good!
