the chicken sits in hot water over night and the rice has mold in it , also all the milk wash and butter used for your food constantly contains flies in it . Management knows and does no proceed to change it .

Horrible workers. Very rude and dismissive of anyone not picking up a to-go order. They’ll look at you like you’re a moron while standing waiting for them to take your order. Seriously needs an overhaul in management and staff. Personally I’d fire everyone and get people who have customer service skills.
Edit: Typical bureaucratic bs response that I’ve seen thousands of times. For those reading this review, do not be swayed by the company’s response. They post responses to “appear” as though they are looking into the situation but if you read it, they have no intention of doing so. They simply say “this is not the experience we want you to have” but they don’t say we will look into it and fix it, meaning they think you’re going to buy from there anyway so why do anything about it.

My food was horrible. Bread from sandwich was burnt. Chicken was old like it was sitting there. My fries had old fries and fresh fries mixed. Called a few times with no answer. Next day tried again and they only wanted to give me a sandwich. Call need to do bettet.

Waited almost 5 minutes before someone took my order and there was no line. Never was greeted by the 3 or 4 workers that I saw. Finally a lady came and took my order. Chicken was decent and the red beans and rice wasn’t that great. The lady who took my order was nice, the other 3 or 4 workers totally ignored me… Very bad customer service!!!!!!!;

Waited 30 minutes to get food and it was cold. The cashier ignored everyone waiting for mobile orders. After standing at the counter for 15 mins I was asked what name my order was under. Only for the guy to point at my 2 sandwiches sitting on the back counter and say those are yours. Took another 5 mins to put the rest of my order together.

The manager is horrible can’t fill Orders properly nor take care of their guest their place is filthy. Serve cold chicken have bugs running around the location. The manager is very incompetent speaks very little English and is very un customer friendly. They messed up but wanted me to provide a receipt from three days ago when I called them. They told me they placed my name in the book and all I had to do was come up there and talk to the manager and they’d get it fixed. Did that happen? Nope, that’s what’s wrong with society. Customer service and managers taking responsibility and accountability.

Went through drive on I-240 and Sooner 4/28/2025. Got home and chicken was old, stale and burnt. Called them and they said it was because of the grease. They did not want to give a refund and made excuses as to why we should be okay with accepting the chicken that was sub-par. Will contact the corporate office.

Fast with my order I wasn’t in there store longer than 10 minutes maybe 5 and I don’t know if it was a mistake or a blessing but I ended up with an extra chicken tender which is always great with me
