DO NOT COME TO THOSE POPEYES!!!
I placed an online order 10 minutes before arrival then waited 20 minutes while the manager kept asking for my name after I checked in at the voice box. It is a consistent wait for okay food and they NEVER make up for it. It is a consistent thing with this location no matter the employees it’s the same outcome. I’ve been living around the corner for 8 years and it was an all time low today with terrible experiences EXERY time I come.

I’m not the type of guy to write reviews, but let me tell you, I’ve been eating Popeyes for over a year now, and it’s the best chicken I’ve ever had. There used to be four employees, but now it’s two. I don’t know what happened to those fellas, but shout out to Eric and Mike. Great guys with great attitudes and fun to talk too. Yoselin and Tania as well, they are always in a great mood and always helping me out. Especially Tania. She’s always sweet and nice to me, never with a bad attitude, always smiling when she takes my order. I always ask for my chicken fresh, and she already knows without me even telling her. Not like the morning employees, who always have a bad attitude when I ask for my chicken fresh. That’s why I come at night time. The morning employees should really take notes from her. She’s the real reason why Popeyes is great and definitely deserves employee of the month or even a raise. If those two ladies ever get fired or something happens, I will never come back to this place again.

I swore off Popeyes for a couple of years, after they served me burnt chicken. Why do U serve burnt chicken? Poor standards. I promised not to return. A coupon and taste for chicken made me give a different store a try. It was juicy, crunchy, and cooked just right. The biscuits were hot and flaky. I will definitely return.

Ordered spicy and got regular strips and when you called to let them know of their mistake they in a round about fashion on the phone hinted that I lied and hung up on me. I then had to drive back and point out all the mistakes on the order before they even attempted to replace it. Double check your food before leaving this store.

Horrible‼️Please check your food before leaving‼️ The manager on duty at 11:30am yesterday 12/17/2019 no comprehension skills. I left a review but it didn’t let me post photos. So this review has photos of the horrible sandwiches I ordered for everyone…. on top of that she kept my receipt. 4 of the chicken sandwiches were mostly crust, barely any chicken. I ordered 8 sandwiches 2 being meals and a 3 piece spicy chicken meal. Only the manager had a problem. Your chicken shouldn’t look like the last picture.

I pulled in the drive thru at 10:37 am . I waited for 10 mins and no one asked for my order or even acknowledge me, sitting there in the drive-through waiting to be helped. So I left and when I drove around, I saw a lady sitting at the drive-through window looking at me didn’t say nothing just looked at me drive on by now. I know why they have a 3.2 star rating at this location. Never again. The landscape and the trash all over the parking lot looks like they’re closed down.
