Disappointing visit.
The chicken came out only warm, as if it had been sitting for a while. The soda was off — clearly low on syrup — which is a basic issue that should be caught. Service was mediocre and didn’t help improve the experience.
Overall, totally unimpressed. My last visit to this location was in 2021, and based on this experience, I likely won’t be returning.

If I could do zero stars I would, only saving grace is the food was decent. 12-07-25 roughly 6pm. There was absolutely no customer service or urgency for helping the guests. Had my group go dine in, we ended up waiting about an hour for all of us. The customers in front of us also seemed irritated with their wait and lack of service, shaking their heads. Witnessed people who were told to park from the drive thru come in asking where their food was after waiting 30 minutes. It took my group about 15-20 minutes to be helped at the register, one at a time ordering mind you. In the middle of one of our orders, they would prioritize the drive thru and come over and ring their order out before even finishing ours. Who I assume was the manager was on her phone multiple times. There were about 5-6 people working there but didn’t seem to know what they were doing and it took them forever to even get something done. The only reason we ended up staying was because some of the party were able to get their food. Judging on the previous reviews of this place on here, I would hope they do something about it or just shut the place done but knowing best, they probably won’t. So if you happen to go here, cut your losses and just go some where else, good luck I guess.

Place was clean. But customer service was lacking and they don’t greet customers. They look at you like you are crazy! The Popeyes taste better on the south side of town. Go to Tinker Air Force Base if you want good service and food at Popeyes. The north side Popeyes locations are terrible and the food is complete garbage! Popeyes used to be so good back in the day but it really depends on what state or particular area you are in where it taste official. But this location sucks! Smh. Never again.

Superbowl Sunday and I was told it would be 20 minutes to receive 8 spicy wings. Who’s responsible for the ordering and preparation of wings on this day? After 7 minutes at the ordering box outside, I spent $21.00 for 6 pieces of chicken, to include 1 nasty wing. The rest of my chicken was just warm and the biscuits were cold. What is this world coming to? RUINS? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. IT WAS HORRIBLE. I suggest you do the same!

When the new staff was hired, I was initially happy. The food was fresh and tasted great, so I stopped going to KFC. Now, Popeyes sucks! The only good thing about our visit was the service from the girl who took our order! We hadn’t been to Popeyes in a while so it took us a minute to order and she didn’t mind! We appreciate that! When we went to go get our tea it smelled horrible, like boiled eggs. When we got our food the chicken and fries where cold, and my Mac had the consistency of mash potatoes which the girl switched out with fresh fries which was awsome! Every thing was sticky and gross it looked like they havent cleaned anything! And everyone was on there phone in the back!!! SMH!

**Update** I went back to the store to get my meal remade not to get my money back or anything like that but to get my meal made properly. The manager was a little Studd (female boy) short and built like washing machine that goes by Natalie not sure if that’s her real name or not everybody in the store is Spanish But no one spoke English, but one lady who was attempting to help. The Natalie and the pregnant person at the window knew what they had done, but refuse to speak about it or anything like that. They also stated that they don’t know who the manager is or the corporate office number they don’t have one. The pregnant girl at the window was very rude and obnoxious, and she kept cursing in Spanish as if I didn’t know Spanish, and when I told her in Spanish, I understood her she ran in the back. Such a horrible experience I really need a corporate number or someone to reach out ASAP.****
I went through drive thru today and made a purchase. At first, the employee kept telling me that my card wouldn’t go through, and then she said it was something wrong with the machine. Finally, the purchase was made when I sat down to eat my food. One piece of my chicken had a big blog of hair with black substance on it, as if it fell between an object on the floor, and they picked it up and put it in my box. I had already left and was at work so I called them several times. They did not answer the phone. I need a corporate office number because this was deliberate. And it’s very nasty. I was the only one in drive-through that was not one person in the store and there were five employees that I could see from the window so there’s no reason why they didn’t answer the phone or even a reason why they would give me some food that fell on the floor and didn’t even attempt to wipe it off or anything just nasty. I attached a picture and I would hope that the corporate contacts me under this review so that I could let them know of the experience. My son loved his honey lemon pepper wings. I ate my beans and rice, but I ordered a three pc tender combo. I received bone in chicken that I won’t eat. I didn’t get a receipt or a helpful attitude either so oh well.
