Only two people working at this time although the male that was working was hustling and doing his best the female behind the counter was quite the opposite. I asked for all dark meat and when my order was finally made I received two breast and wings. Seriously need to teach people the difference. And when I pointed it out I was given more wings. For the price of the meal I am sorry but I was not settling for wings. I was then told I had an attitude because I asked for my money back. The male tried to make it right but I ordered the four piece and was given a three piece again with a breast. Please do better. I love your chicken but shouldn’t have been done this way.

I ordered a $6 box as well as a 1/4 lb shrimp + 2 tenders combo on the app. It was about $22 total after tax.

When I pulled up to the speaker, they said they had it, and gave me my order at the window. I thought everything was fine until about halfway down the road, I learned the shrimp was missing. When I went back, they said, “We don’t have any shrimp so we put in extra tenders.”

Not once did they tell me there wasn’t any shrimp. No chance to cancel my order. I didn’t want a surplus of tenders, I just wanted the shrimp. I wouldn’t have been angry about the lack of stock, I would’ve just preferred cancelling my order and getting a refund instead of too much chicken. I am incredibly disappointed they didn’t tell me. It feels incredibly shady that they tried to slide that under my nose. I told them I would’ve appreciated them telling me.

Picked up a 50/50 spicy and regular – 16 piece Sunday 9th at 9:30 pm. When we got home and unpacked the chicken the spicy was overcooked or had set under the heat lamp so long it was dark and dry, it was inedible. We called the manager the next day Monday 10th at 11:42am to tell her what happened and she informed us the receipt wasn’t good enough and would have to dig the old food out of our trash and bring it if I wanted to have it replaced. So not only did I pay for this meal once and go pick it up but now the manager wants me to dig old food out of the trash and drive it all the way back to the restaurant so I can maybe finally receive my meal. So instead of taking care of a loyal customer she choose to try and embarrass us out of bringing the old food back to the store.

Tried to call ahead to get my order started. Marcus answered 2:40 pm. He says sure and passes the phone.. other guy (maybe David) says I can’t call in my order .. drive up there. I am greeted with a female voice that is cut short from the voice that says no on the phone order.. he says give me a minute please.. Ok.. then 17 minutes passes before he says he is the only one there and it’s going to be a while. I wait an entire 32 minutes before leaving . And honestly it’s always attitude and a long wait .. how is this place still open? It’s rarely busy. Always a long wait . 3 voices but only one employee hmmm . And 1 car at window.. not returning

Honestly probably the worst pop eyes I’ve ever been to. I keep having to come back because well it’s the only Cajun style chicken place. But if there was any other options I would go somewhere else. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. 20 plus minutes for chicken?!? Nothing is ever ready within 5 minutes. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes I would go to a restraunt and sit down and eat. Like I don’t understand why when I asked what is going to take so long for it to be done they tell me because the chicken is frozen in the back. Why would there be chicken frozen in the back during rush-hour dinner time. It makes no sense why they would just not have chicken ready to go. Or at least have the decency to communicate and tell somebody. Hey it’s gonna be a while if you want this on your order and give the person the decision whether or not they want to sit there for 20+ minutes not tell them after they’ve already paid .absolutely ridiculous service

Employees here do not enjoy working. While waiting a while to place my order employees were slamming doors and boxes and arguing with each other frustrated with the work load but was the only one at the store and 2 cars in the drive thru. When I realized my order was not going to be taken took off and drove to kfc instead

Doordashed wings and fries. Wings were supposed to have a sweet and spicy flavor on them, They were dry and plain. Fries were almost $5 for a few thrown in a bag. Terrible. No wonder they were closed down for so long. I was really hoping service would have changed after reopening.

The lady at the window declined our request to add a large fry to our order, stating “I can’t take orders at the window, I have customers in the drive thru” So we said okay and paid for what we ordered, and drove back around.. There was nobody in the drive thru at all. Horrible service, rude and hateful for no reason. And liars to boot. Never coming back.

cant go wrong with this fried chicken..also tried some bone in wings..Carmel Apple cheese cake was good..chicken wings would be so much better without batter on them..the fried chicken is always great..service was a little slow in drive thru but it was lunch time and they were busy..so no complaints..best fried chicken you can get from a chain.
