Picked up a meal today and ran back to my place of work to eat. To my surprise, not only after being told to park by the mailboxes and wait for a long time, my order was missing items!
I ordered a 4 Piece Large Combo (all spicy Dark)
Mac & Cheese & Mashed potatoes and gravy
When I opened up my meal, I received my chicken, but no mashed potatoes!
I spent a ridiculous $16 on my meal and I didn’t even receive my full order!
Regardless of door dashing or going through the drive through, it seems like this location can NEVER get the orders right!

(Ordered the Mac and cheese, with 1/4 shrimp and fries with a sprite) I get a Pepsi not a sprite. COLD soggy fries, and mostly crust from the batter of the shrimp and random burnt fries from an uncleaned fryer! I’ve seen many complaints about the crumbs we get with the shrimp “oh that’s how it comes” actually its not, there’s just not a process to separate the loose batter from the actual SHRIMP we all actually pay for and it’s just not cared for? Cause at that point it’s not 1/4 of just shrimp but fries and crumb! If we pay for shrimp we should just get shrimp! They’re small already! My bread was hard as well? And they left out my Mac and cheese?!?!?!?!!!! So my entire order was messed up… my service should not be bad just because it’s an hour or two before closing. You’re not closed and the service should be good through all hours not just when there’s game nights and middle of the day orders?

Ordered ahead to pick up and we still had to wait 30 minutes to get our order. We had to call inside the store to find out why our food wasn’t ready and when they looked it up was told the order was ready the whole time. 40 minutes and no apology no partial offer of a refund…just “I just work here” from the person that finally brought the food out.

I love some Popeyes it when I want to add a drink at the window oh sorry we can’t add orders at the window so I have to go all the way back around! Ok cool I didn’t get the drink but I pull off you know how we do we got to get that leg to eat on the way home. Lo and behold no napkins or silverware so I go back through the line to get my napkins and silverware and did I mention no one else was I. The line but me but I can’t add drink. At the window now they want to give me a free drink naw I’m cool just let me get the napkins and spoon.

First time I went there got leftovers on popcorn shrimp, scraps.This last trip ordered a 10 piece chicken dinner all white and got eight wings and two breasts. I called them and said they didn’t know why that happens on the app, yeah right.

So was kind of excited to try the new boneless wings, until I tried the new boneless wings. When I opened the box they looked great, big, fairly well sauced. Then first bite… I’ll just let the pic tell the story. Definitely 2 for me. Nothing but crust around very little meat.

We went in at approximately 11:00 a.m. and bought a 12 piece meal deal. We live 7 minutes away, and when we got home, the food is ICE cold, the chicken tenders and French fries especially. I was SO looking forward to Popeye’s and am very disappointed. We paid $43.00 for food that tastes like it’s been sitting around for hours. Shame on you guys.

Jonah and Kanisha were absolutely on top of it tonight!! I had came in earlier and they had many people on their team. Come the end of the night, it was only the 2 of them and they were absolutely killing it!! They were getting the orders out as fast as possible left and right. Definitely a great service given in some awful circumstances for them!

Everytime i go there to pick up an order its chaos, ive had to wait 30-40 minutes on orders and thats standard procedure, everytime, after which theres no option but to cancel and move on. Employees are rude, they ignore the customers blatantly, and dont have any direction. The manager or team leads dont care either they watch it all and let it happen. Thought id write something here so that someone responsible might fix things.

Ordered the shrimp. It was cold and literally nothing but crumbs. I don’t recommend this restaurant. The manager said “That’s how it comes”. The serving is small and again, nothing but crumbs! Not worth the $11.
