This place is FILTHY. Stopped by a few weeks back and walked out due to the unsanitary conditions. Heavy grease smell, floors greasy slippery mess, napkins etc. on the floor. Made the mistake of using the bathroom, FILTHY. Poop spatters all over the toilet, pee on the floor, sink filthy, overflowing trash, disgusting. Zero effort to keep it clean. I can only imagine what the cooking area is like. Why does the city health inspectors let them get away with this? BTW, this is one of the reasons Popeyes is going bankrupt.

The trash that your location put in a box, called chicken, then billed me for is a joke. There was literally one half of a tender in a meal and a handful of scraps of breading held together by a sliver of chicken, skin thin. Adding a few more scraps of breading doesnt fix the lack of tenders. Stop serving waste material.
Between that and the items I paid for that are simply missing, this is bordering on criminal. If I did the same thing at my work, billing a customer for a service I didn’t provide, I would be in court as a defendant.
Thankfully, your drive-through failed across the board, billing me for that joke of a dinner box AND the sides they didn’t supply, so both of my kids were equally disappointed.
Google wants to know what I thought about the price…. Well, the price is high enough already, but when accounting for the fact that you billed my account and didn’t actually supply half the items listed on the receipt, it’s exceptionally bad.
My overall impression is that we will find somewhere else to eat, I’m done at this point.
For the sake of my neighbors who may not know to avoid this location, please train your employees to recognize an acceptable piece of meat from a scrap that should go to waste, and to actually supply the food that’s listed on the ticket BEFORE they hand a bag out the window and send someone down the road.

We went to get some lunch and stay to eat. The entire lobby was filthy, not one table was clean and the floor was dirty too. The person at the counter was nice but she/he was on her/his phone and the manager was standing right next to her/ him and didn’t say anything about being on her/his phone. There was cobwebs in the lights and dust on the partition and the jars on the partition. The bathroom was disgusting so I didn’t use it because of that. If they would use their time to clean instead of standing around and on their phone. I know no one wants to really work but just get that paycheck. I ran a restaurant for years and never had it look like that. We we’re overcharged for our food too.

First time ever trying Popeyes. Was super impressed. I’m not usually a fan of fast food, but their chicken was super crispy, just enough spice and speedy drive thru. Was a little bit late night (for me…around 8pm) but thoroughly enjoyed the food. Will have to try other options when I get a chance.

$42 for 3 meals wouldn’t be horrible if all of the extra things we paid for like biscuits, hot ones sauce, and ranch were in our order. It’s disappointing, definitely not like it used to be. They also threw in 3 spicy strips and 2 regular instead of all original. I’m pretty sure the manager was just done for the day.

A very nice Popeye’s Chicken location. The food was nice and hot and freshly prepared. It’s nice to go into a place and get food that hasn’t sat under the warmer for a long time. This restaurant was I was there during lunch time which meant they were pretty busy but the dining area was very clean. The service was excellent. Amazing how quick they are able to get an order ready. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was very disappointed. It does not have the quality of food that it is to. The chicken was hard like it had been sitting, nothing like I had eaten there before. The flavor had faded and I didn’t eat even half of my meal This time it was hard as if it had been sitting for a while, and the taste wasn’t much better. It had been one of my favorite place to grab a bite on my way out of town. It was a waste of my time and money this time. The drive through was slow also

Update: As their prices rise even more you would think they would at least double check their orders. I’ve definitely been supporting our local Popeye’s buy donating money because I do not get what I ordered. The food has improved over the last couple of years but this location cannot seem to follow basic instructions. Once again, as usual, they got our order wrong.

Pulled up to read the menu. Guy came on asking if I was ready. I replied no I don’t eat here often and am not sure what I want to which he replied in a short irritated voice “can I help you find something?” I told him no I was almost ready! There were no cars in front or behind me! So I order a 4 piece classic combo on large and the guy got upset cause I didn’t know what came with it! I got my two sides and paid. It was almost $16. When I pulled away I realized it’s a combo and I was not give a drink or receipt! Irritated my husband time to just get one at sonic due to the attitude and service I already recieved. So I get home to eat my dinner and the portions can not be large and to add insult to injury! They were half filled! Unbelievable! For $16! This was my third time eating here ever! And it was a bunch of crap! Feels more like robbery than a satisfying meal! Very unhappy with it over all
