I ordered a 3 PC chicken tender meal. The fries were soggy with oil, the tenders didn’t total 3 oz and were mostly breading. The bicuit was crushed.The best item was the diet Coke. Maybe it was an off day. The lady at the window was very nice. Just go somewhere else until they get it together.

This was third time getting meal at drive thru. Order has been wrong every time. Ordered tenders first 2 times and got drumsticks and thighs. Family wont eat dark meat, line was long and I live 18 miles from restaurant. Today I ordered tenders and beans. I got old tenders and no beans and rice biscuits I didn’t order. Your window staff does not try to accommodate customers or try to get orders correct, I told girl three times I wanted beans and rice. Will be my last order from BATESVILLE POPEYES.

Ordered 9 piece family deal. Said I would have to wait 15 minutes because I chose all dark. I agreed, well after 30 minutes I walked in and said it’s been 30 minutes , saw my order sitting on the counter by the drive through window, apparently it had been there for a while, chicken was cold, biscuits were hard & coleslaw was warm from sitting on top of the chicken. Food was awful, paid $22.00 for practically spoiled food. Lesson learned, will not buy food from Batesville Popeyes ever again !

Wow, not good. This was all in the same order, same night.
#1 If you don’t have it anymore, take it off your menu.
#2 Hot wings are supposed the be hot, not just breaded with no flavor.
#3 I ordered a pie and paid for it, then they tell me they are out. I say I will take a refund, they say they don’t want to do a refund but will give me something else. The cheesecake is $4 more but they won’t charge me (dang, so it is $6 for this tiny thing?)
#4 I asked for Ranch, twice, still did not get it. Not even any ketchup 🙁
#5 you might want to thaw out the piece of cheesecake instead of serving it nearly frozen.
#6 People use to be very friendly, off night maybe?

Told them 4 times at drive thru I wanted the tender meal,NOT fried chicken. Got home and it was fried chicken,no tenders. Called and the girls(2 calls) were so snotty,hateful,and very short. Always keep your receipt! They did make it up the next day. Hey management,you really,really need to work with and teach your people about customer relations and quality and product control. This looks REALLY bad. Don’t know if I would recommend this place. You need to work on a few key issues.

This place is getting worse and worse. Today we got popeyes and when we got home and started to eat, I noticed stuff wrong. I started eating my fries and noticed it was a portion much smaller than one we would normally get. I only noticed this after eating some because they were under the rest of the food, so I couldn’t count them, but I would assume there was maybe 12 fries. Next thing I noticed is that the wings were not covered hardly at all with sauce and there wasn’t much at the bottom of the container either, see the picture. The wings were also boneless when we ordered bone-in on the app. Last time we were here we were rushed in the drive-thru when we told them it would be a moment because we needed to fully sort out our order, they started rushing us which made it more stressful. I would understand this if the line was long but there was maybe one car behind us. Another time we were here we ordered on the app and they forgot our large side of coleslaw, thankfully we were still in town and could go get the coleslaw but we weren’t able to eat it with our meal. These instances are happening more and more which sucks because they have some of the better fast food in town and we prefer them over most other places. I hope the service quality will improve.

Update July 29th: We came in at 8:30 to grab our mobile order. They were blaring hip hop music from the kitchen, it could be heard clearly in the lobby. They were out of tenders and fries. Not very good at all. Update to the update, the manager approached me to to resolve the situation which I appreciate. Hopefully the business will get better with time because they have someone willing to stand up and make things right.

I decided to get lunch for the workplace. I ended up getting three orders of popcorn shrimp which were tiny compared to what they were before. I got two gold barbecue chicken sandwiches which were half the size of the bun. I got five tenders with mac and cheese and Cajun Rice. The mac and cheese was timed out when I got it(I got it a 1). It was full of grease. All of my food was cold and when I went to get the two black and ranch that were missing that I paid for the cashier argued with me. I tried opening a customer support ticket for a refund and they tried to give me a $3 off coupon. When I told them I wanted a full refund the ticket was closed. It’s been a week since I ordered and I haven’t seen any form of a refund I have had several bad interactions with this place and never ask for a refund. I will not be back and I will be telling people about this.

I have been to Popeyes in many places. This is not those places. The sandwich here had a small burnt up piece of rooster meat. The people working were nice, efficient and got everything right. The food, however, blew with the force of a hurricane.

Food is always good but oh I just love the environment! The manager lady is so nice and welcoming! And the nice little mixed boy, is so darn cute! I see him almost every lunch I come. Everyone is always so nice and they make sure I get everything I need!
