Always great food, unfortunately I almost never get the biscuits that come with my meal. Only two out of the past five visits did I get my biscuits. It’s not coincidence that on those two occasions I checked everything before I left. I’m getting awful tired of paying for items that I do not recieve and having to check every order for accuracy. That’s supposed to be the employees job, checking for accuracy. Very nice staff, clean store, complete failure at getting my entire order right. Check your bags and boxes.

I wish I could give this review no stars but you have to give it something to complete the review but anyway I would like to start by saying this location has been disappointing time after time. I have tried my best to hang in there and continue to be a loyal customer but they keep missing the mark every time. I love Popeyes and have for years but Searcy Popeyes should be dismantled. I ordered a family meal and the chicken was fried in old oil and I could tell because you could see the darkness in the batter and the taste was disgusting. It was so hard you could have broken a tooth. Needless to say I have officially given up my family and I will no longer eat at this location ever again and I will definitely advise my place of employment not to use them for our team meals and all of my associates and friends as well. So long Popeyes you are officially off of my list of places to patronize going forward.

My first trip to Popeyes. I like the theme of the restaurant and decor. I ordered 2 chicken breasts, I got one mild and one spicy . I like the mild best. The biscuits are great. The fries are good. The dining room was full but clean. I was greeted by several workers with a pleasant hello and welcome. The manager took my order in a methodical and professional manner. I told him it was my first visit and he told me the combo I wanted from the items I requested. Overall a very nice visit. Try it for yourself, I think you will like it too.

I ordered a three piece Alacart spicy thighs. There are three biscuits that comes with it. The asked me if I wanted one or three. I said three. That is what was on my receipt. When I got home only ONE! It was the GM that bagged my order. They need to do better. Especially the GM.

It really pisses me off whenever every time I’ve came here they ALWAYS say they don’t have the Ghost pepper sandwich right now…. But it continues to be on the menu. And it’s not clean enough in there. The floors are not clean very dirty and the tables weren’t cleaned.Corporate needs to make an unexpected visit. But the workers are friendly.

Well I was trying popeye’s for the first time and was really impressed by how it looks but not soo much with the food, the food had a funny taste to it, I can’t get my head around a burger with a whole piece of crunchy chicken inside, the fries look like they’d be crunchy or have some seasoning but they don’t. I think I’ll stick to burger king for my junk food. The staff is friendly and all though.

Ive never had stale chicken before but after eating here I can now say I have. Also the red beans and rice my son and I got were bad. The rice was dry and the beans were hard and it had a very sour taste to it. Id avoid this place for sure.

My family stopped in to have lunch and we weren’t quite ready to order. There was nobody else in line except us. The person at the counter rudely asked if we needed a minute and we said yes we did. And this RUDE counter person said that “this ain’t how fast food works” so we left. No name tag but they had huge caterpillar eyelashes.
