Well this will be the last time I order at this location they never give me my sauce and half the time charge me for more sauce when I go in to get the sauce they didn’t give me this time you forgot my sauce again and couldn’t even be bothered to verify the food was ready to go out so when I get home I find out all my side items were not there I’m done no I’m not going to come back and demand a refund or recover the missing food items but I will NOT do business here again I would rather drive to the Popeyes two towns over north Little Rock seems to care a lot more about their customer satisfaction

The restaurant was very clean. Very nice decor. However the staff were really slow and we were the only people there and we had to wait 15 minutes just to order. And there was no tea. No napkins and no condiments anywhere in sight. But I have to admit one thing. The food is so good. You can’t beat their chicken sandwich!

They forgot to put my jalapeno peppers in the bag that I paid for, and also my shrimp was hard and had been sitting under a heating lamp for too long,and the majority of them were just hard crust without the shrimp,and it was barely any in the box, i definitely didn’t get what I paid for! I didn’t feel like driving all the way back there,so I didn’t even call the manager, which I’m sure he would have tried to correct the problem! But the chicken was really hot and crispy/ fresh! I won’t even post the picture of the shrimp

I’d have to record a video to share the nastiness of these employees attitudes to customers. Sitting in the drive through listening to how disrespectful they are. So impatient. They started yelling because the customer didn’t know what side they wanted.

The manager on shift was so mean and was in such a hurry he didn’t even take time to listen to what I wanted to order he’s very short and rude with me the other employees were great very sweet and understanding almost apologetic for his actions

Went to the drive thru on a Friday night, the line moved very fast, the person taking the orders was very polite and patient with the car ahead of me that kept changing up their order. The food was still warm when I got home, 15 min drive. The spicy chicken breast meal is always my go to and it was hot, crispy and delicious. The red beans and rice is my favorite side and the fluffy biscuit with a dab of honey is a perfect compliment. The Jacksonville location is soo much better than the Sherwood location and the same drive for me. Will go there again for sure.

What an awful excuse for management. Manager was berating an employee while I was in the middle of ordering and started to take that attitude with me. Whether or not he’s frustrated. It is no excuse to take that out on the customer. Disgusting attitude.
