Serving me cold chicken and congealed mac and cheese on a Friday at 6pm is crazy work. This food has been sitting around for at least 2-3hrs. Fries weren’t even fresh and came half empty.Not to mention being out of key cuts to begin with .

My husband said the chicken was his was good. I ordered the kids meal, which was a chicken tender (if you can call it that). The chicken and the french fries tasted like they’ve been under a heat lamp for hours. The best thing about my dinner was my biscuit which they forgot to put on tray and I had to go back and ask for. My husband loves Popeyes Chicken and I do not understand it. A friend of an employee or an off-duty employee come in and hung all over the counter. One customer waited until she left before he went to get his iced tea. The manager sat in a corner, eating her meal the whole time with nothing ever said to anyone. I’m not impressed.

No longer coming here, but we ordered online, and waited over an hour past the time of our order to receive it. Honestly, dont get it. Ive worked in many restaurants and delis where I had to fry 120 pieces of chicken at a time by myself. Just laziness and employees who are so burnt out. Popeyes should look into proper staffing, kicking out no show employees, and possibly even considering payraises even if they are 15 cents more. The issue would resolve itself and pay for itself even. However my guess is that corporate doesnt care about its employees and that’s the reason things are so bad here.

I ordered on line, my pickup time for my order was 9:20pm. I arrived at 9:19pm went through the drive thru and waited by the front door 9:45pm only be told because a bigger order we are just dropping your chicken. And the manager didn’t have the courtesy to apologize herself. Received my order at 9:58pm
