Chicken was old, greasy amd diagusting. Meat was not white, it was a brownish color. You can tell it was cooked way too long and that their grease is super dirty and old. Will NEVER GO BACK. When you call to speak with someone they just say sorry about that in a sarcastic tone and then silence. The entire store from the workers to the food are trash. It’s too expensive to recieve food this bad. This store needs to be shut down or new ownership. The current in place ownership is straight garbage. They don’t even hide the fact that they don’t care.

Don’t recommend getting the pies at the end of the day. I was really excited to get the strawberry cream pies and paid almost $2 each for them and they looked and tasted like they sit under a heat lamp all day. They were so hard we couldn’t bite into them and had hardly any filling in them. They were all dried up. Very disappointed.

Sat in line for 25 minutes waiting on “fries.” I get home and both orders were wrong. The receipt had the order correct. I don’t understand what is so hard about reading a screen and putting it in a bag.

An overall disappointing experience. The food was alright, but it would’ve been better if it didn’t take 30 minutes to get my order. I had to go back into the drive-thru to remind them that I existed after being told to park and wait for my order.

Got drive thru….spicy chicken strips, fries and red beans and rice….the Chk was old and cold, the RB&R was more like soup beans with 3 tblspns of rice….the fries and biscuits were good. I did contact support on the website and did get a credit for $15. I spent $43 after a discount. For basically 12 pieces of cold breaded rubber chicken and soup beans and it would’nt take the rewards code on the website…overall I’m bummed cuz I was really craving it…bubble burst…shedding tear…lol. Full disclosure I ate it cuz I am a dude and I was hungry but I was grumpy about it.

9:15pm we waited with a line wrapped around the building only to be told they couldn’t make tenders because a fryer was down and no Dr Pepper. Okay..order something else. Get to the window and we’re told to pick other sides because the fryer is down. They were unapologetic. Unfriendly and the food we did receive was subpar..which is getting to be the norm here. Do better.

My husband and I love popeyes but the last few times we’ve been in there there was at least one problem. But this time we ordered a family bundle and cheese bites. I arrived to pick up the order and was informed there was no cheese bites. They replaced with another side of lesser value. one of my large sides i only recieved a regular. There’s a price difference in the regular and large and I didn’t appreciate being shorted.

This is by far the worst place you can eat In Cabot AR. I waited 45 minutes for my chicken. They never apologized for the long wait. I wasn’t the only one, everyone in the dining room along with the call in orders waited a very long time for their food. The workers looked as if they didn’t have a clue. The manager was absolutely no help whatsoever.
I recommend if you want Popeyes chicken in Cabot, Arkansas go to Jacksonville AR .I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT POPEYES.
