We didn’t get what we ordered. For example, I ordered all white meat, and I got rest of the leg. I asked for butter and got none. My son asked for marinara sauce and got none and his chicken fingers were pitiful and very, very small and skinny.

Ordered chicken tenders using coupon on app. Paid extra for gravy w my mashed potatoes & extra biscuit. Got to window to pay, lady snatched card & ran it without using coupon. When she asked manager on duty he told me it was too bad & couldn’t do anything about it. I asked for receipt & he took it from register and crumpled it up and threw it away. I had driven 8.5hrs so I just took the food and thought I’d contract customer support. Turns out you have to have receipt to get help. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. Just chat bot that requires receipt to help … And manager threw it away. Went to eat food…. The biscuits were rock hard & couldn’t bite. Gravy I paid extra for, wasn’t there. The chicken tenders were tiny like nuggets (size of dipping sauce container). I spent $12 for nothing.

I came in to try the new chicken sandwich. The staff were very friendly. I especially liked the women who took my order. She was genuine and happy even though I know she works hard there! She really knows the hospitality business. I ordered the sandwich and she handed it to me as the receipt was being printed! That’s fast! The sandwich was fresh and delicious. I regret not ordered the spicy because I felt the classic was somewhat dry- not the chicken itself, but overall and I believe the spicy sauce would have pulled everything together better. The place looked clean and newly remodeled. For a fast food place, it was a good option.

Called order in and it was readywhen I got there !! Got home 20 min later and ate it was still hot .. great food great customer service !! Clean place to eat too .area mgr was Stephanie gm was gary and window guy quandre.. these people make sure u have a smile coming back at u and make u feel like ur the only customer.
