Service was wonderful. I hadn’t eaten at Popeyes before so I didn’t know what to expect. The young man taking my order was extremely helpful and polite, very nice and did wonderful customer service.
Shrimp had a extremely strong smell up front that was extremely overwhelming, through the bag and box… first thought was oh no… however, it wasn’t bad. It was the combination of the smoky Red Beans and Rice mixed with the shrimp smell…
I was left a smidge disappointed that I didn’t receive my whole order however, I know sometimes little things like condiments or a slice of pie can be forgotten. I’d totally recommend trying this place if you haven’t. I am glad I did. It was something new, It may not be on my top 10 of new places, however its definitely a place I’ll try again.

I paid with cash the guy at the register couldn’t figure the my change correctly. Mind you my order was fifty seven dollars and 80 cents.
When I got home with my 16 piece chicken combo plus an extra side there were only 10 small pieces of dried up wings and thighs. I live 36 miles away so I was going to call and let them know what happened,but the number for them only had a full answering machine. Very unsatisfied! 57 dollars, I want all of what I paid for.

I moved here from Louisiana and really loved the spicy chicken. Since moving to Arkansas I really miss the spicy. I just picked up my order which was supposed to be spicy. No spice at all. Not even a small amount. Very disappointed

Only had Popeyes a couple times and I think it’s great. Manager was there to greet folks and see things ran smoothly. When I asked for a special order of chicken they were totally accommodating. I only have good things to say about my visit. Great food and service.

The food was decent but the cashier,who I am pretty sure was the manager on duty because of the shirt she had on, was extra rude. She acted as if I was bothering her when I asked for napkins and was frustrated when asked about sauces they had for dipping. It was so bad I will never revisit this Popeyes again.
