First in line at drive thru. Ordered a #1. Large. Fries and coleslaw. Pulled up to windows, handed regular drink. Drink replaced, asked to park by trash can and wait for food. 6 cars get served in the next 20 minutes as I wait. And I’m handed 2 orders of fingers.

My family refuses to patronize Popeyes in White Hall. The last food that we got from there was over cooked in old grease! This was after calling an order in -waiting in line for 15 minutes- asked to pull up for another 20 minutes- then told that they didn’t have any coleslaw! They never seem to have coleslaw and most of the workers are rude!

Didn’t want to even give 1 star but wouldn’t let me post without picking one. Had to throw my dinner away because both of my sides had long black hair in it. Both of my sides had several hairs in them. I called the restaurant and was treated rudely. I didn’t want a refund but something isn’t right when more than one item has hair in it. I just wanted them to know but they weren’t interested in hearing it.

Waited almost an hour for our food. Spicy and mild boxes were not labeled, and we only got half of our food. We were missing 4 fries for our meal. The most of employees were just standing around while 1 person packed all of the food. I’m pissed because we drove over 30 minutes just to get there.

Came in a couple weeks ago about 45 minutes before closing. Said the kitchen was shut down. Last week came through and forgot food that was ordered. Currently sitting in the Drive-Thru after 25 minutes. Still no food and was told it would only be 5 to 10 minutes. Noticed the replies from Popeyes on the comments. No need to reply. This is happens all the time here. Have just never posted.

Wow I paid almost 11 dollars for a 4 piece meal and the size of the pieces had to be from a chic. They were so small ridiculous. Plus the side of mash potatoes was only like one table spoon. Wth. It seems they trying to serve less for more money.

I ordered 2-4 pc meals,. One with fries and a small red bean and rice separately. The other with mashed potatoes. A 3 piece with fries. A 3 pc tender with mashed potatoes. 4 apple pies. I GOT 1 fry, no sauce for the tenders and 2 pies.

I would avoid this location at all cost. I placed a mobile order for pickup and they refuse to give me all the items that the app showed came with my meal. I had one employee tell me that I needed to read the ad even though the picture is very clear about what comes with it. District manager named Nate was here and at first asked me if I was sure that was for this location so I showed him in the app that it was and he told me that was a national issue and had nothing to do with them. He refused to honor what I’d actually purchased. I tried to contact their corporate number and you can’t talk to a real person. They direct you to a chat with a bot. They obviously cannot care less about what their customers think!

They didn’t take my order at the speaker so after 5 minutes i pulled up to the window and tell me they don’t take orders at the window and the manager shut the window on me! All i wanted to do was give this business my business! I was horribly disrespected and will never do business again with them! When White Hall has to start getting their help from Pine Bluff you get what you get!
