This is probably one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I’ve came here for lunch 4 times in the past month and they have messed up my order every single time. And I don’t mean leaving out some sauce or a drink. I’m talking missing food, or they run out and just don’t say anything or try to make it right. I’ve tried drive through, in store, and the app. Same results.
The store it’s self if clean and the staff are friendly but seems like they are to worried about being friends rather than checking on food going out to PAYING customers.
If you’re actually reading this, just go somewhere else. The Popeyes 2 miles down the road is 100x better.
EDIT: Looks like everyone else has the same issue but still hasn’t been fixed. What are we doing Popeyes?!?

The first time I enjoyed some of your great food was when one was opened in Bellmead Texas. I worked at a restaurant and didn’t eat while on duty. Drove right in upon smelling it in the air. OMG. I have been getting my Popeye fix every week since 2008. Thank you

Don’t eat here I came here today December 27th 2025 to get a four piece spicy chicken meal and it’s old the meat is black and it doesn’t have a taste to it I think that they had this chicken for a couple of days

I ordered the 3tender 6wing combo with mashed potatoes and fries. Everything was good even the biscuits only problem i had was my mashed potatoes had 2 long pieces of hair in it and i had just opened it!! Do better wear a hat if the hair nets dont work

You can’t go wrong with the Cajun rice and the chicken stripes. It’s on point every time. I was welcomed when I walked in. My order was repeated back. Everything was good as usual. I recommend Popeyes but I don’t think I need to this place is always busy busy! Oh and for breakfast their grits are the best around.
