We ordered two 2 PC meals. The total was 23.39. It was a breast and wing with a side of mashed potatoes. A breast and leg with a side of mashed potatoes, two sweet teas and an extra small side of mashed potatoes. Sounds accurate. Get around to get it and they say the drinks weren’t included and charged an additional 8.08 for two large sweet teas. They say they only had Large and Small. Get the drinks and they are literally a small or medium cup. Anyone who has ever gotten a large at Popeyes knows the cups are bigger and shaped differently. I took pictures. Get home and open both boxes. They didn’t even grace us with the dry biscuits or plastic wear to eat with. The mashed potatoes barely had gravy on any of the three I paid for. So I paid 31.47 for two meals, didn’t get it all, got cheated out of sizes on the drinks and the chicken was dry and a bit overcooked, or maybe it had been cooked and in the warmer for too long. With the rise in costs throughout the country, when folks do eat out and they spend that much ON TWO MEALS we would appreciate better class. This makes me want to never eat here again. Why waste my hard earned money at a place that can’t take pride in their work, serve dry overcooked food and over charge the crap out of us. This isn’t the first time I have thought about never returning here but you can bet it’s the last. I’ve never written a review about this place in hopes that it got better after some time or maybe it was an off day but unfortunately after multiple times, different day and time of the week, it’s obvious they just flat out don’t care. Don’t waste your money here, drive down to the next town and get food. Why are we all just accepting crappy work at these food chains? In my job, if I do crappy work I get fired and they hire someone who will do the work. This review is for the Jonesboro Louisiana location.

Popeyes is my favorite chicken fast food restaurant. The chicken is crispy, but it is not greasy. My favorite side is the Cajun rice. The workers are patient & hospitable.

Took my money. No order. No refund. Store incapable of doing anything. Number i was given incapable of doing anything as they claim its on the store to do something. Just skip the middle man and contact your bank if you want your money back.

The sweet tea was spoiled and the food was cold and old. And can’t get anyone onto answer my calls when I have called the store numerous times so far about it. The drink and food went straight to the trash. Considering this very horrible service dealing with the actual store location is still unresolved and not very happy bout it but the door dasher was very nice and very much helpful and very much appreciated thank gn tho the store has yet to handle their part on this matter and really ridiculous that it be this hard to even get someone on the phn period every since I recieved the meal and have been unable to reach anyone at the store to help me further!

The employees was nice and considerate. They made sure I had everything I ordered. The manager even came out and talked to a few of the customers including me. She was on top of her job making sure everything was running smoothly. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We stopped here while traveling back home. The young lady working the register was very friendly. We got chicken tenders meals and ate inside the restaurant. The manager seemed stressed out. It was difficult to order because she was in such a rush. I didn’t understand because it was very slow when we were there. She definitely has a sense of urgency. The food was quick and good. I was shocked about how expensive it is. We could have gone to a sit down at a full service restaurant for the same or even less money. The dining area was in serious need of a wipe down. There were bits of stuff and chicken crumbs on every sticky table too. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal and got back on the road quickly. I would choose a different place next time though. I don’t believe this meal was worth the money. Especially not when I had to clean up the booth for us to eat in.
