Where to begin, stopped by this location around 1:15 in the afternoon. Wanted to go in and order, but I couldn’t because the doors were locked. No big deal if I didn’t see an employee work through the door before I parked and then 2 customers hadn’t walked out by the time I got in back in my vehicle. Excellent experience, pulled up in tractor trailer, manager let me inside understanding I could not do drive through. They made my order fresh and the young man who cooked the food was extremely polite and friendly. I wish I had his name but I know his birthday is soon. I would definitely go there again. Went through drive thru ,we were told at the window it was going to be 15 minutes for spicy. I asked if they had the pieces in mild, I was told yes 15 minutes later they brought out all my order incorrect and left out some. The stars given is still to much. We waited over 20 minutes longer for the correct order and they didn’t compensate, apologize nor give a full correct order, I will never return to this place.

EVERYONE IN THE STORE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! This location is a joke and with Golden Chick around the corner it won’t be long before they are closed. I haven’t been to a Popeyes in over a year because they have terrible custoner service. Today I wanted to try something different and I should have continued my boycott. First, it took someone forever to take my order, secondly I waited 20 minutes for my order and third my order was incorrect. I went through the drive thru and ordered the popcorn shrimp basket…easy enough…wrong!! It took them 20 minutes to bring out roughly 8 shrimp (with some hard crumbs) and a sprite that tastes like baking soda, then I was informed that the only side that they had was mashed potatoes and gravy… no fries or the red beans and rice that I ordered. The employees are inefficient and unconcerned about customer service, they all need to be fired and replaced in my opinion. How are they out of everything when they never have customers…out of fries, red beans and rice, sprite and lids for the mashed potatoes.

Stopped at this location on a roadtrip to New Orleans. Went to the drive through. 2:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. Ordered and paid for the food and then they asked us to move to the parking lot and they would bring the order out to us. 19 minutes later, they brought our food and forgot our drinks. Had to wait another few minutes for the drinks to be brought out. (Only an order for 2 people, so not sure why the LONG wait.) on a good note, the food was excellent and fresh.

I have ordered here numerous times recently because of my overnight job down the road and I was pressed for time tonight and it was like the last thing open I could DoorDash to myself at work.
I spent 30$ alone just to get the food and it brought to me so whew least I wanted was all my items, everything was over cooked and dry, I didn’t even receive the whole sandwich I ordered, along with an extra side I did NOT order and yeah you guessed it I didn’t get my drink either……
No utinsels
No condiments I ordered either……
So here I am making another order to get some drinks brought to me thinking I didn’t want to spend over 40$ to get some dinner tonight and I should’ve just got the Applebees I debated between for like an hour before getting this stuff instead cause it was my cheaper order……oh and guess what they closed like an hour after I ordered so by the time I got this order to me there’s nothing more to get solved other than the 16$ DoorDash credit I got issued……….
Like that isn’t gonna help me when I’m dying from all this over fried dry chicken and HOT wings I got free with my order especially with no drink or condiments…..like damn Popeyes do better…..

This place is trash waiting 20 min in line to tell me. We cant take your order we backed up. I cant help u unless u wanne wait forever. What type of business is this. Every single person is lost in there. The staff dint know what they doing unprofessional. U have 20 people complaining g about 1 hr wait and orders incomplete. They just throwing whatever they like in the bags. Manager walks out dont care.
