Hadn’t been to Popeyes since 2021. Ordered and went to get soda. As soon as I pressed the soda shot out and wet me, my clothes and the floor. I went to tell employee, all I got was “ohhh nooo someone forgot to put on the nozzle on” and he went back to work. Nothing was done so I told a manager and she said ok and went back to work. She got to it a little later with napkins.
Not once was there an I’m sorry. I just made due with drying my shirt, and pants with napkins. Even my phone was sticky.
They forgot 1 meal from the order. I realized when i was out the door that i hadnt seen the sandwich meal..got another half assed reply about the missing item when I walked back..about how that the sandwich sitting there waiting must be mine then.. had to ask them for fries when they didnt give me those either.
They got the other 2- 5 piece tender meals wrong, we didnt realize till we were home and started to eat.. (My daughter has asthma and spicy foods are triggers so we had asked for original…she was given spicy instead of original. I had mixed tenders in my spicy order
Chicken was chewy, dry, seemed to have more breading than before, flavor just wasn’t there and not worth the price. The biscuits were still good and the gravy for the mashed potates was the best part.
Not worth what we spent, going back to golden chick and sticking with them. Better quality tenders and waasy better service.
Adding that we got the typical boxed reply on the review. Nothing new, nothing to really show they care or will do something to make changes. Copy and pasted. Not going back. Take your money and spend it somewhere else.

They have alot of customers so It takes time to get to them all…but when you have the younger people working they stand in front of you talking and laughing while you wait 15 minutes for a large mash potato and gravy. They are all nice but it is clear to see the manager I thank is clearly doing her best with teaching not only the ethics of work but teaching how to have manners. My dad is in heaven since last year and he loved Popeyes so I will be passing it on to my kids as an event we hold on Sunday..to go eat at Popeyes. Thanks

I visited this Popeyes during my lunch break and ordered a $5 chicken box, which I purchase frequently and know the price of. My total is normally $5.50. On this visit, the cashier added an extra charge of $2.63 without my knowledge and did not provide a receipt. I only became aware of the overcharge because I regularly review my bank statements. This is unacceptable and raises concerns about billing practices at this location. Customers should be cautious and always request a receipt to avoid being overcharged.

Yuck. I spent $79 for two 12 piece dark only chicken, fries and coleslaw. The chicken was made up of mostly overcooked wings. The order also included two breasts. The pieces were so small. I used to be a big fan of Popeyes but haven’t been to them in years… usually going to Churches. I should’ve never ordered thru them. Firstly, it’s more expensive and Churches BEATS Popeyes hands down when it comes to the chicken and the coleslaw. I was so disappointed. Also the service was subpar. I ordered thru the app. When I got to the window I asked if I could add biscuits and just pay separately. “NO ORDERS AT THE WINDOW”. Ok. then it took 25 minutes to get my app order. They had me pull over which was not a problem. But I was sitting there so long I went inside. Not impressed and won’t be back.

This is literally the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. They are so rude and inconsiderate. Forget to put stuff in the bag or even give me my receipt when I asked for it, or the sauce that I purchased or napkins shut the window in your face when you ask for it! Just absolutely disgusted with this behavior never again!!! And then they’re rushing you for what there was one car behind me?!? Pissed me off!

The customer service here is amazing! The only thing that lacks about this location “sometimes” is their wait. I would wait around 15 mins for my food. I wouldn’t argue about the wait much, because the food is always great. If you’re in a hurry, I wouldn’t recommend waiting. My food always comes out fresh and delicious. They gave me extra fries for the long wait. I love their chicken sandwich and also the strawberry lemonade!
