Reviews
Extensive Delays: I waited 10 minutes at the speaker before being acknowledged, only to be asked to “pull forward” and wait in a parking stall for an additional 15 minutes.
Lack of Professionalism: While waiting, I observed staff through the window engaging in personal conversations and using mobile phones rather than prioritizing pending orders. The interaction at the window was dismissive and lacked basic courtesy.
Order Inaccuracy: After finally going inside to retrieve my order, I discovered once I was back on the road that the order was both incorrect (Mild provided instead of Spicy) and incomplete (missing fries). To make matters worse, the food was barely warm.
Inadequate Support: Previous attempts to resolve issues through customer service have resulted in generic rewards points rather than actual restitution.
As a Louisiana local, it is shameful to see a brand that built its name on “Louisiana Fast” and Southern hospitality operate with such a blatant disregard for both. This isn’t just a “busy night” issue; it is a leadership issue.
To Corporate: Offering “points” or “coupons” does not fix a broken culture. Customers want the food they paid for and the respect of a professional interaction. I will not be returning to any Popeyes locations, and I suggest others save themselves the frustration and find a better alternative.
Ordering at the drive thru is a hassle it takes forever for someone to come on the speaker
You pull up for 30 minutes to wait on food
Its ridiculous. I guess management doesn’t care about the customer because nothing has changed the employees are rude and they are always “out of” something ! Like its 7 pm how are yall out of shrimp or mashed potatoes ! They just dont want to be bothered to cook anything. Half the time they look closed its really disappointing !
