This place is very poorly managed, from poor food quality to outrageous wait time. We paid for 10pc classic and was shocked to open box later and see 8 very old wings, 1 drumstick and 1 thigh. Apparently they boxed whatever was left over. It’s unacceptable!!! Unfortunately, we didn’t check the box before we left or I would have definitely said something but I trusted them to give me what I paid for, It will not happen again!

It was 1:30 and they had no shrimp. The girl behind the counter acted like we were bothering her. They talked VERY loud to each other in the kitchen. They were constantly on their phones. Not the way to run a business. The food was good.

This popeyes never has macaroni they run out every time or if they do have some it’s either dried out or have burnt cheese in it! This popeyes needs new management it use to be really nice a couple of years ago but now the people who works there has such nasty attitudes even the managers!

Didn’t have any mild tenders, not a big deal I’ll just get spicy. When asked about what side I said what I normally do, an extra biscuit. Was told they couldn’t do that. I could not understand how that wasn’t possible. I have gotten the same thing for 8 years across multiple Popeyes including this one but now just charging me for a combo and putting one more biscuit inside wasn’t possible.

I’ve been here 4 or 5 separate occasions. Each visit we’ve had to wait over 40 minutes to an hour for food. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time. There are really no excuses for that. Might as well go sit down somewhere. Awful.

Time management on taking and making the orders is at the most horrible at this place. Sunday, 19th Feb 2023, I came inside and placed my orders for 3 spicy chicken sandwich meals, time stamped 11:57 am and got them 12:53 pm. To think that it was not that big busy when they took my orders. A lot of orders had already passed-by and gotten their orders but mine took longer than what I expected. And they knew it. I like their spicy chicken but I don’t think I will be coming back to this place.

Out of towner here, figured I’d slide through bc popeyes has never failed me before. They had no sides besides fries. They were also out of a bunch of sauces. I could understand being out of a side or two but ALL sides besides fries? Disappointed
