I ordered a 2 PIECE REGULAR. This is unexceptable!!! Where is the rest of my chicken? I would have rather waited 10 minutes for more chicken to be cook than get the scraps!!!!!!!! We ordered five chicken strips, order of coleslaw, and three thighs. The chicken strips were old and tasteless, the coke slaw was meh, and the thighs OK. The staff were not responsive and didn’t seem to understand what I wanted to order. I was told to wait and after a few minutes, someone else took my order. Then the person told me to back up in lane and wait. After several minutes, I pulled back up to the window to find j out what was going on and was told to pull forward. Finally, at least 10 minutes after placing out order, it was delivered to us. Bad experience. More than$20. Not a bargain No plans to return.

I ordered through the app, which was easy. I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, they were out of batter?!!?? So I had to wait…. I ordered tenders for my kids, they were hard and cold. I got fries as sides, they were cold. At least the mashed potatoes were warm and my kids got to enjoy that. I had to cook them fresh chicken nuggets that I really had no time to do. I will NOT be back.

Decided to try the bone-in bbq and what a disaster. I was hoping they tasted like KFC bbq wings in NOLA from back in the day. LIES!!! Not even close and weren’t completely done. I have stayed in this neighborhood for years.! Within the last two years the service at this location has gone down tremendously.! Whenever i place an order in the evening like i did today.! Between 5-530 to be certain.! There is always something and I’ve had enough.! I paid for white meat and got none.! I didn’t get my sauce for my tenders.! I got spicy instead of mild.! What is going on that you just throwing food into someone laps without a care.! I’m done and never coming back.!!!

I come to this particular Popeyes each week 1 or 2 times a week and I’m usually greeted by Kim in the drive through. Always A+ service and attitude. The food is great and on time with my quick lunch schedule. Keeps me coming back.

Horrible experience, store did not have the drink I wanted, I told them I wanted a refund for my drink. They left me at the window for 20 minutes, refused to hand me my food. Then someone finally realizes this, and hands me my food that’s been sitting there the entire time. 6 customers left in this time, plus 2 left the line to go inside. It’s a shame how much money is lost by not hiring a team. And in that 20 minutes I’m sure they could have made tea.

Stood at counter for 16 minutes, finally had to ask for acknowledgement that I had placed an online order. Another 6 minutes to get my order. They make good chicken, but have horrible customer skills. Not the first time at this location. Sad, I place 2 $85 orders a month. No longer.

12/10/2025 update. Fool on me for going back so soon to this location. I will hold off eating here for a much longer time. The atmosphere is very tense at the Jones Creek Baton Rouge location. I was sent to pick up an online order and was immediately scolded that “we don’t get online orders here”. Then proceeded to badger me on which location the order was sent to. Before I could get the receipt from the person that ordered the food the employee found the order printed on a printer. The Team hurried the order together and out the door I went without the drink. Shame on me for not catching that with all the commotions. Wow. 1/5/2025 Ordered the 6 piece ghost wings combo. Got the wings, but they left out the side of fries and biscuit. Waited for the wings for twenty minutes. The kind gentleman even offered a free side while I wait. I should have taken him up on that since it was missing along with the biscuit. Been experiencing many Delays and issues with our orders from the Jones Creek location. Will avoid for awhile until they fix the problems.

I’ve been to this Popeyes twice and both times was a horrible experience. The cashier is always nice but the manager is always really rude and seems really stressed with his job. Never speaks and when I ask for a sauce or ask if that’s my food that he put on the counter he never looks back but says yeah with a nasty attitude. My food never tasted good. I thought I was maybe tripping the 1st time but the 2nd was even worse. NEVER GOING BACK.
