Driving in from work I am glad that I looked on G Maps to remember that Popeye’s was on Highland. I hate drive thru and it was a blessing that I went to the counter. Garrick served me well with conversation, accommodations, suggestions and great customer service! I enjoyed his positive personality. The food was hot and tasty when I got home.

First and last time at this location. Workers are extremely rude. Came at 3:30 & was told “ we only have spicy tenders” I asked were they fresh & her response was “ uh NO” & huffed when I asked for fresh tenders . My mother and I stopped in to pick up a late dinner. It was a busy Friday night, and Melinda was the only employee working the counter and drive thru window. Although she was in the middle of putting together a massive order for two men that were buying dinner for all the employees of an entire warehouse, she was very efficient, always had a great attitude, and kept things moving. The chicken and biscuits definitely hit the spot!

This Popeye’s tends to be my preferred one in Southeast Baton Rouge. The chicken isn’t as greasy as sometimes it can be. I very seldom ever have to wait long in the drive-thru, and their workers are courteous.

My workmate and I went for lunch. We had two seperate orders but they would only let one of us use our coupon. I asked why it seperate they said we were together so only one of us could use the coupon even thou it was two completely seperate orders. Management was firing people for taking to many coupons, he said. Unbeliverable!!
