Service here was impeccable. The manager on duty named Roger was so nice and very helpful. The workers on duty were not slacking they made sure to get the orders out in the drive thru and on the inside as well. The food was so hot, delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend this Popeye’s if you’re in the area. Restroom was very clean and tidy.

Food is great I mean it’s Popeyes. Customer service is horrible. The drive-through line never moves. They take your order and they never deliver with preparing the order. There are two cars in front of me and and three cars behind and we’ve been in line for over 20 minutes.

I have to give props. I am so used to poor service at Popeyes, that I was shocked when I got here today. The young lady at the cash register was polite and courteous. I love the fact that the team was having fun. Gregory the manager on duty was working short handed and you can tell he was tired. If I could give zero stars trust me I would. Placed an online order just to be met with accusations of sending someone to get the order and accusing us of wanting free food. The management of this location needs to seriously evaluate their drive-thru protocols and staff communication. My recent experience was a case study in service failure.
After being instructed to pull forward and wait 20 minutes for “fresh” fries and chicken tenders, I was forced to park and enter the lobby myself to inquire about the status of my order. To wait nearly a third of an hour for fast food is unreasonable; to have that order arrive incomplete and at an unacceptable quality is inexcusable.
Despite the claim that the delay was due to preparing fresh items, the fries I received were cold, and the dipping sauces for the tenders were omitted entirely. Offering a complimentary pie as a “recovery” gesture is insufficient when the primary components of the paid meal are either missing or substandard.
It is logically inconsistent to force a customer to wait for “fresh” product only to serve it cold. This experience demonstrated a total lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the patron’s time. I would advise management to prioritize basic order accuracy and temperature control over simply “clearing” their drive-thru timer.

I usually don’t complain but this my second time getting food from here and it’s probably my fault too for not checking my food but they only gave me one leg when it was suppose to be 3 my fries were half way filled . The last time I came my tenders were so cold so I said this time I was going to get legs
