I don’t eat out much. I was a bit shocked at the prices. Customer service was lack luster. Nothing like it was when I worked at Popeyes way back in the early ’80s! However, a simple “Thank you” would’ve been nice! So, I had the 3pc (leg, wing, thigh) for $5.00! Not bad and the food was good. It appeared to be an older building. I probably won’t go the again anytime soon but I won’t tell anyone not to go there.

I recommended No one every placed an order or come here I recently placed an order on 3 pcs chicken with a side order that came with fries comes with the drink which I order a lemonade , and order a box of 6 biscuits im current weeks early pregnancy after placing my order on Uber eats online and after receiving my order yesterday I was very piss off cause I didn’t receive my drink , and after open a box the fries tasty very nasty and soggy like they where old and peel back the skin on the chicken and seen this couldn’t even eat my food the biscuits were very dry and too much buttery I couldn’t even waste of spending my money on this shit , very disappointed Popeyes really need to do better and cook the right way and stop giving people old food that’s been over cooked or sat out all day this is very unacceptable this place needs to be shut down permanently ♀️

The owners should be ashamed of themselves. This place is a disgrace—the way it looks, the customer service, the food, and even the smell. You ought to be ashamed of owning this place. But as long as you’re making money, I suppose everything will be fine for you. Still, you need to close it down, sell it, or do something about it.

I’ve been to all kinds of rough places, in bad neighborhoods, and at plenty of different Popeyes locations, but I’ve never seen anything like this. I honestly don’t know how you have nearly four stars, because this was terrible. First, everything is unbelievably dirty, and second, I waited 45 minutes just to place my order and another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. I wasted an hour and a half here—absolutely shameful.

I ordered four pieces of the signature dish for pickup, but when I checked in the car, I only found two pieces, and they were cold. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but I didn’t receive any apologies. The staff also gave me a suspicious look when I pointed it out. I asked if they could warm it up since it wasn’t hot enough, but my request was ignored.
