Unfortunately, we frequent this one often because we live right around the corner from it. They have the same MO, they are garbage for an extended period of time, then they send a few people temporarily to provide better service, those people leave and it goes right back to being garbage.
Opening our food to find somebody’s hair in it is just disgusting and the proverbial last straw. I suppose now is too much to require people to cover their heads when working with food like we used to do in the past. I guess that just makes too much sense for these days.
The only reason they are surviving is because they are the only chicken place in the area. They won’t be able to rely on that any longer when The Blue Store opens across the street soon.
We order mobile since there is always issue when we order in person to save time. Same crappy results.
If we order at 5:20, get there at 5:50, then have to wait to the side for an additional 20+ minutes, finally get the order at 6:14. Nearly 1 hour!
Mean while nearly zero cars came through the line while we waited, can’t say they were busy… Wth?
In that case do away with mobile orders. This location needs to shut it down. Or learn / sell to Chick-fil-a.
Then the empty responses from “corporate offices.”
Nothing will be done.
It was very rude service from all ends. I eventually had to shout through the window, “Ma’am can we just get our drink so we can go?” because the entire time she was actively complaining instead of just providing the service she is paid to do.
I NEVER write reviews, but this was very upsetting. For details, the was a lady with blondish-brown braid, and the entire we conversed with her before and after the drink incident, she showed no care or kindness and kept eyeing me with some kind of disgust. Absolutely ridiculous.
They must have bumped it off he saw it !
Seem like yall need new ppl or shut it down
